Every time I come in here I'm met with courteous, kind, and very knowledgeable people who care about my health and wellbeing. I don't go anywhere else. Best dispensary in humboldt county!

Uneducated and under stocked

I'm new to the area, I got my 215 card , my car registered & tagged , my drivers license is in the mail. The DMV gave me 2 legal documents that say I'm a California resident & this place still refused me service. I walked around the corner to the other dispensary & had zero issues. I have a question for the heart of Humboldt , if I'm not a CA resident how did I fool the DMV & the state of California ? And who carries their rental agreement in their car?

I bought a 'Rasta Stikk' pen from them on the 23rd of December. Come to find out it didn't work. When I tried taking it back, the guy said I just had to hit really hard. Well I've had three of these before and none were this difficult. So I took it and tried it and within two days it shortened and died. These things used to last me weeks. I feel liked I was cheated out of 40 bucks. If the guy had just listened to me and exchanged it (because I had never hit it before then) I would be happy. Instead I can never go here again, because my trust was violated.

the percantages presented here for concentrates are inflated. The bay 11 says 77% thc, on their paper menu it says 77% but when you buy it and look on the box it says 75% thc. When i brought this to the attention of management they said it was my fault for not doing due diligence and that I was stuck with it even though it was false advertising. HPRC around the corner will treat you better and won't lie to you.

I had to write this review unfortunately because the practises of this club are not in the interest of the patients . I went in to buy a vape cartridge and noticed they had ones called platinum vape. They were 20$ for a gram so I bought one thinking it was a good deal. When I hit it I could taste the coconut oil that the THC is cut with and it coated my lungs and throat with thick oil. It also made my lungs hurt!I went on to research what inhaling lipids such as coconut oil can do to the health and the scientific articles I found were alarming. Potential for lipid phnemonia .I went back to try to return this cartridge even if just for credit and a different product. Their response?? Sorry we can't take this back its been opened. Well then I brought up how they should not being selling health related products where coconut oil is inhaled dude to scientific articles talking about its serious dangers and they said take it up with the manager. I did this and she said she has no control over being able to refund the product(which as the manager you do) so I felt unheard and mistreated by this business on top of feeling angry that they would sell such a product that potentially scientists says could hurt people. I then suggested a warning label for the coconut inhaling products and they said they had a general warning about cannibis products. I felt blew off. This is the same club that wouldn't validate my girlfriend's moms doctors note after she got cancer. If this is suppose to be the heart of humboldt where is the heart? I gave quality 3 stars because they have some good quality jud quite often(which is why I as returning even after the whole girlfriend's mom situation)

This is hands down the worst dispensary I have ever been to. The store front is tiny, and the staff are incredibly rude (one girl had earbuds in while working the counter, preventing her from hearing my order!) and condescending. I literally had to ask 10 times before the blonde girl listened to my order. I was on a road trip and without smoking implements so I was looking for a killer J. I made the stupid mistake of trusting the reviews for this place and purchased two $20 and two $5 joints. This is the $50 I most regret spending IN MY LIFE. The $20 joints were absolutely no better than the $5 joints, and they didn't even have freaking filters, but of course you couldn't see that before purchasing because the tube was opaque. This was not a cone but a crappy tube joint (the $5 joints were cones!). I expected a good buzz from the additional hash but the $5 worked just as well as the $20 (which is to say, not well). ALL the joints were poorly rolled and I lost probably 50% of the cannabis to canoeing. I have been to tens of dispensaries in Washington, Oregon, and California. This is the worst one I have ever stepped foot in. I would not encourage anybody to shop here.

Respectful staff, distinct location, great medicine, somewhat of a bit overpriced, local medicine and products. Would like to see Heart of Humboldt do much more.

Disappointing inflated prices and disinterested staff.

Zachariah, I am almost positive is his name. He was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I am a cancer patient in remission and I have been going to clinics for years and years. Never have I had an experience where someone was so rude and annoyed to be helping me. I am disappointed and will not be back. Do not recommend this place. Prices are high. This employee was awful.

Always amazing, always outstanding, I love that we can joke and converse about everything, because it really feels as though you’ve made friends or family there. It’s always welcoming and lively, even in these times. I’ve always gone here since moving to Humboldt and they will always have my loyalty. Everyone is amazing. Keep it up guys 💕🥰

I'd like to see a more comfortable interior. Having a larger physical space would be better. Good service.

Bud tender told me they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. She wanted me to buy 2 1/2oz for 60$ more. Went out to my car and ordered what I wanted and sure enough they had it.

This is the best rec dispensary in Humboldt without a doubt. Huge variety and the people working are friendly and really know what's up. Go here. Beautiful flower.

my stop and go; a solid shop

The Heart of Humboldt is a greta place to go great selection and great customer service. all of the budtenders are nice and helpful. i go there at least once a week just for he great service. keep it up guys!

The employees are always helpful knowledgeable friendly and have a great sense of humor I can always find something to satisfy my need even when I don't have much money, never been treated any different whether I spend $5 or a hundred they treat everybody equally and I like that.

Always friendly! I loved placing an order for pick up; safe and all COVID19 protocols observed.

This store has good product and they're nice people. Their CO2 oil is the best in town and the best deal too. Also their edible selection is fabulous.
