Zen Leaf - Washington

Love it here. Everyone is so nice. I just wish they would put the updated menus on Leafly. I also wish I knew the sales and specials. The Healing Center definitely has the best prices around and the best selection

I visited the other dispensary in the Pittsburgh area for the past 3 and a 1/2 months. Now that the healing center has opened I will no longer go to any of the others because this place is the best of them all. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product they are providing. After visiting today for the 4th time I felt compelled to post a review because The service once again was awesome .

This is one of the best kept secrets in Washington Pa! The staff is unbelievably and consistently friendly. It is really odd today to find a place where everyone is that genuine. The selection here is by far the best and the staff is so patient and calm. They don’t get frazzled or pissy if you ask questions. The management, pharmacist, and staff are top notch and first class. It is nice to see a dispensary operate so smoothly. Definitely check them out!

I love this dispensary! For the past year of being in the medical program, they have been one of my favorite locations. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, from the moment you walk in the door. The budtenders are very knowledgable about the products, and have always given awesome suggestions for my specific symptoms. The pharmacists that work with this chain of dispensaries are very smart, kind, nonjudgmental, and are dedicated to helping the patient. while some other dispensaries may have a slightly lower price on select brands, it is well worth it to visit The Healing Center. They often have great deals, and top quality products. The wait time has only been very long on one occasion, and pizza was brought in for the patients while we waited! I cannot recommend The Healing Center highly enough.

Knowledgeable...

I enjoy The Healing Center and it's wonderful employees, that being said let's get down to the actual truth. Wonderful employees isn't what keeps me coming back....strain availability and whether or not you hold products for patients are my top criteria when choosing where to purchase my medicine from. I have to drive 1.5 hours one way to reach THC. One lovely day I spent 2.5 hours driving there due to car accidents all along the way, only to be told the ONE thing I came for is gone and some guy bought ALL of the thing I came to pick up. Every other dispensary implements only max buying 2 of the same product so others can buy the medicine as well. So please start holding products for patients, you'd be the #1 dispensary in Western PA if you opened a closer location like Sharon, PA and if you held products for patients.

I’ve always had pretty pleasant experiences here. The parking is great! The ladies at the front desk are always very nice! I’m usually in and out pretty quick. Prices and selection are amazing!!! Budtenders are always pretty friendly...I’ve never been waited on by the same person twice so I can’t say I’ve gotten to know any of them very well like I have at some of the other dispensaries and they seem a little less chatty here...but that’s probably way there’s never a long wait. I’d like to see them (and all the other dispensaries) add online ordering like CY has done...its nice to just place my order online then pick it up in store. But otherwise, I don’t think there’s much room for improvement here!

The first time at the healing center WA was a very positive , helpful , and energetic experience. From the staff who scans you in , to the pharmacist , along with the med techs , it was a super great time . I would def recommend .

Awesome staff and service

This my favorite dispensary. Been to Washington 8 or 9 times and Monroeville twice and always a great experience at Washington. No dispensary in West PA has better selection, they carry stuff you don't see in Solevo and CY+. When companies like Terrapin lowered their prices, they were first to apply them. Menu is always correct, very clean, friendly staff.

I absolutely love The Healing Center! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable! It’s extremely clean and easy to get to. I’ve been there 3 times so far. It’s worth the 40 minute drive!

Being from south of Pittsburgh, it’s so much better to drive to THC in Washington! That was my thought on my first visit. After 8-9 visits since, I will keep coming back for the selection and the pricing! The very helpful, knowledgeable and positive staff makes it the place to go for me! Can’t wait to see what the market will become in the future!
