The Healing Canna - Bijou

This dispensary looks nice and the reception staff are lovely, but there is no interest in medical marijuana here. One product was clearly mislabeled regarding its content and weight- potentially dangerous for those of us that rely on MMJ. Instead of this dispensary taking action to clarify, I was told that I could call the manufacturer of the product - or just pay for my items and leave. THERE WAS NO INTEREST IN QUALITY CONTROL AT ALL. This responsibility was placed on me, the customer. It would be a good idea for all patrons of this dispensary to test their MJ for mold and other contaminants.

I was sold unusable product, and when I brought the problem to their attention the told me there was nothing they could do. Absolutely ridiculously rude staff that wasted my time and money.

This is my store. I no longer go anywhere else. When I walk in the door everyone is so friendly and greets me by name. They ask me how my day has been, offer me something to drink (lots of choices) and send me back to the most fantastic bud tenders. The bud tenders are so helpful and know MANY things. They offer amazing deals and text to them me if I choose. Their house buds are the Colorado Crippler and Green Crack which are SOOOOO fantastic. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these people and this place. Well worth the 25 mile drive from my mountain home.

The Healing Canna is like home. The staff is always friendly and they greet me by my name. Quality is top notch with one of their house strains winning the one hitter quitter award. Needless to say The Healing Canna is my dispensary why go anywhere else.

Love this store. The medicine is always trimmed well and cured properly. Their Alien OG and Colorado Crippler are fantastic. The staff are professional and store discreet. Always expect to have a wide variety of strains, products, and edibles.

I have been a member for years. I recently stopped to fill up on some concentrates. As always, I ask for recommendations on strains, they have known me long enough to know what I’m looking for. I got home (after collecting my license from the front clerk who didn’t return it) and opened up one of my live resin packages to see a container clearly labeled sugar, not live as all of my other containers were clearly labeled as such both on the outside of the box and inside. I called to relay my concern and was cut off assuming I was talking about resin consistency. I asked for the manager, he advised me the same. Obviously I was upset at the situation and even more upset about being lied to about my medication. I was told my contract was being cancelled and was no longer allowed at either location. I’m 45 and terminally ill. That’s who you’re entrusting your health and well-being to. Would your pharmacy do that to you? Just how upset would you be?

This dispensary manager thinks it's ok to discriminate against people with a medical issue and I offered a letter from my DR as proof The manager was rude vulgar and treated me and my wife very disrespectful I was denied entry due to fact that I can't wear a mask due to medical conditions and have a letter from my DR to prove it yet I was denied entry treated disrespectful I spent 14 years of my life serving my community putting my life on the line to be treated this way by your staff and if your manager plans to use the constitution in his defense he should learn the constitution before quoting it incorrectly I have no intentions of shopping here again and will discourage anyone I know from shopping here I would hate for any of my friends or family to be treated with such disrespect and disregard and have their medical issues so blatantly disregarded Read the Governor's mandate DD 2020 138 My medical issues are covered I was discriminated against by your manager my next step is to contact the ADA and a lawyer

I’ve been going for years and the high quality remains the same. It’s hard to find consistency sometimes out there. And this is why they will always have my membership. You know what you’re going to get. And their product is fire! In 6 years I haven’t found a better dispensary. Thank you all for being so wonderful! Special shout out to my buddy Matthew. :)

I have been to this location a few times now and they always have what I need. The facility is very nice, one of the nicer in the Springs, and the staff is friendly & knowledgeable. I mainly buy concentrates & some edibles and the selection has been pretty good so far. If they would stock a few more OpenVape cartridges I would refund the half star.

Great buds. Try the Golden Goat (day) and the Skywaller OG(night). All their strains are great, but you have to know what you want from your medicine. Good staff and really helpful. The girl (something with an X), is very knowledgeable and very pretty -- what a combo! Great sales. Got a text today for a $99 oz! They even let me split it into 2 halves! I'll be a member as soon as my card comes.

Ok so once again T.H.C. has gone above and beyond. Skywalker OG and Blue Dream are medication par excellence! Shout outs to the staff as well, Grace illuminates the the front desk with her beautiful and calming presence and Zenia is helpful, knowledgeable as well as patient. I can find no way it could be any better , A+!

Great little spot, I love that it doesn't look like what it is. I think it's important to feel safe and comfortable, this place is super welcoming and very clean not a huge place but plenty big enough! My favorite thing ever is the nursery window where you can drool at the babies as they bask in the lights! Beautiful store for sure! Huge thanks to my friends for the referral, which they are very generous about!
