My favorite location in all of Colorado they have the best Customer Service, great management and atmosphere.

Location is neatly and conveniently organized,amazing selection of everything n anything bud related(nectar bee's salve kick ass),good prices and deals, they accept credit cards!Dont waste your time anywhere else

I enjoyed my visit here, the experience and overall options I was given made my day. I love the strains and had a blast with the employees. I'd recommend the green solution to anyone local or visiting

So...I go into my local store to see what is new and give em a shot as I stopped going here for the decline in quality and increase in price. Attempting to use my birthday points to purchase something reasonable, I was told my account did not exist. The budtender Josh gave me a customer support number and said they would help me regain my points. Josh was the only helpful person in this equation. I call and the customer service people are rude, and not at all helpful. The agent acted like I was an enemy and was very confrontational. I gave this place a second chance but I will NEVER use The Green Solution. They are over priced..and the cannabis is GARBAGE. Go to Rocky Road Aurora or any Lightshade as they know how to treat their patrons.

This location has issues. Glitchy promo codes that get you treated like you're the problem. Ripped me off of 200 loyalty reward points, refuse to address it. After their "third party" company had some errors that inflated point totals. Never mind the condescending, confrontational Justine who calls customers under the WRONG assumptions. Oh, and don't expect to get what you order online because they will tell you things like the Blue Dream cartridge you ordered is really just the Sativa Blend. Or they will take 3 hours to complete an order without calling or addressing the delay. If you question why the site won't apply a promo code via chat, Justine will call you to let you know that you're an idiot for questioning their glitch filled system.

Absolutely amazing. Hit up lots of different dispensaries. But this is where I'm going everytime from now on.

DJ helped us out. He was extremely helpful and took very good care of us. We'll be coming back for sure!
