The Green Room - Oak Harbor

Every time I come in here before even been greeted I always get “ can I check your id “ before even an hello. Went in to see what Black Friday deals they have an they didn’t even now nor did they offer to check ...and the store has been open for 15 minutes and there was other people in the store they could’ve been offered to. I think a little more organization is necessary for this place. As soon as I wrote this on facebook employees went on there and rated the page 5 stars so the reviews would go up before even attempting to contact me and ask why I’m so dissatisfied. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Went into this store with a friend and we were the only ones in there and the two guys behind the counter completely ignored us. Once they finally tore themselves away to greet us...they were rude, not helpful. They don't offer discounts and they are way overpriced. They have minimal selection and are not medically certified. Save your money and go to the other shops on the island.

The Green Room is my local go to and I have never been disapointed. Their staff is always kind and professional. They actually listen to help you find the best thing for you and what you need. Out of the three shops I generally check out in the area, they have the fairest pricing which is nice for people who use weed medicinally every day for chronic illnesses. I appeciate them being here. Stop in and check them out!

Great location and has many strains for the treatment of pain, all types.

I love the Green Room! Quality service and top strains every time. Everyone I talk to always has a smile and is ready to help me. I love making this store my one stop shop before heading home for the day. Thank you for the amazing customer service and making my day every time I stop in!

So first I would like to say that the issue is not customer service related so much. Customer service isn't as good as it could be but that's not the employees fault.. they are always really friendly and they try to be helpful but since the green room doesnt utilize instore and online DAILY menus that include all of the details and specs of their products people like myself cannot pick things ahead of time and therefore I have questions more than I normally would. I probably won't come back here though.. I can easily walking away from the store feeling like im on some kind of assembly line and I need to just get my stuff and go. I hope you guys utilize menus in the future so customers don't have to feel like they are being annoying when they have questions about the hundreds of dollars worth if nonrefundable product they are buying.

The Green Room has something going for them. The quality wasn't impressive. Their selection looked limited. I asked about any local buds being from the area and they didn't have much. I thought the service was short. Didn't get the customer/employee connection that you would get at another shop. Atmosphere was tight like a box (literally) I felt almost claustrophobic when I visited.

The staff here is always very friendly and welcoming. It is impressive how knowledgeable the budtenders are. I used to shop around the island but have found a place I'm now comfortable being loyal too. They have the biggest selection of exceptional bud that's consistent through out every price range. They have great prices but they also run specials every day. They know me by name when they see me. I feel like I'm at home here. I couldn't recommend this place more.

I absolutely love the atmosphere. the staff is very friendly and you can feel that they really value their customers. their prices are crazy low amd their vendors provide quality product. That other shop in town will never see my face there again. I can actually stand there and BS with the folks working there, they're patient, and I love that every time I leave I learned something new. I'll keep on coming back! They even take recommendations and order products just for their customers! overall, I highly recommend them!

biggest selection on island. the staff is so friendly. they're right there to help soon as I walk in. It's a clean friendly atmosphere. local vibe. very upbeat. very knowledgeable. i love that I'm greeted soon as I walk in every single time. I love bullshitting with the staff. y'all make me feel at home. So glad I found this place. I've been recruiting all my friends and not a single one had been let down so far!

It took 10 minutes for "Jamie" to see me and when I finally got her attention,I was initially given a reaction by her that I was inconveniencing her. Safe to say I won't be back. Not impressed.

Overall a very good experience. The young lady attending to me was very professional and knowledgeable about the different vape cartridges that they had on hand.

Definitely a lower key atmosphere and more chill than the other dispensary in town. Friendly bud tenders and a great mix of great product

Drove 35 miles to check out three strains priced at $60/ounce, (you do occasionally find outstanding deals), only to find the items weren't buds, but shake. Old fashioned bait n' switch. You only get one chance to make a first impression Green Room, and you blew it!

I was welcomed with a smile, very friendly and knowledgable workers and huge variety of products. it is a discrete easy to find with plenty of parking.

employees are super friendly and helpful, as someone who's just returning to town and has only been to 1 other dispensary so far, I haven't gone anywhere else since I went to the Green Room. great prices and deals, and again, the staff is awesome too!

Not a bad place. Very friendly staff. They have a large selection spread out around the store. Apparently there is a routine that you are supposed to come in, show your ID (fir the first time...you'll be asked a few more times even by the same person that asked you in the first place), then you wait on a first come, first serve....in a roped off line. I don't bother with that. I go in, go to the counter and wait. Works every time. This place charges more for their week between $7-$10 more than other local places. While not my GO TO store, its very close to me and they have what I need in a jiffy.

always a treat to come into the store. Kaitlyn is one of the classiest babes and always has a great attitude and gives you her time. she had a pretty good taste in bud as well.
