The Green Remedy

Love this place, i live down the st so it's convenient and they have good price points and options. HOWEVER. I am immune compromised and when I went in today, the person at the counter was NOT WEARING A MASK. and when i asked him to put one on he gave me attitude and said "I guess." the mask was not tightly secured. This gentleman has graying hair, a receding hairline, he's white and maybe in his late 40s. everyone else I have seen there was following protocol no problem and have taken great care. i am very disappointed by this experience and the lack of personal responsibility and adherence to COVID protocols. this person clearly doesn't care about the safety of his customers and fellow staff members. this would be a 4 or 5 star review in the categories of atmosphere and service if not for this persons disrespect. I'm usually a generous tipper there but not for that person!

I like the place for all the kind hearted souls that work there. Great smoke too .

Had very horrid service there tonight 3/13/2018 around 8 pm.the budtender named "Jason" completely showed me the most utterly disrespectful service I have ever received at this establishment..I was talked down on spoon about my knowledge of weed and made me feel very unsure in my choice of oil without providing and knowledge or help with choosing.i was completely rushed through my whole visit.i was not greeted..I was told I think they are trying to rip me off when I asked about a simple price check. At this point I was fed up and asked was he having a bad day or a long day..and he proceeded to tell me he's pissed off about employees taking time off leaving him with shift to cover which is non of my concern at all ...I spent over 122$ tonight and was treated like a 5$ special piece of shit would never treat anyone like this. I have been a loyal customer thru my whole fight of stage 3 gastric cancer and this is how I'm treated. This must be addressed immediately by management. This visit has made me not want to come back after shopping with u guy loyally for 3+ years..this is very saddening to me. Jason ur customer service is atrocious..and needs helps asap!

High donations and 2nd-rate meds make this place a no-go despite the lack of a door fee. The proprietors are not particularly helpful or knowledgable, in fact are somewhat elitist, and they do not stand behind their products. I will not go there, again.

Took my mother in law to her 1st dispensary and it was a very good experience for her. She loved it and will definitely be back. People were nice and inviting. Answered all her questions.

Very nice interior, welcoming staff, awesome selection, and great deals - all the required factors to be a regular stop.

leafly is a great tool, except for when you don't use it by not updating your menu causing your patients to drive out for something you don't actually have. wasted time, gas and now going to a different dispensary in hopes of finding what I need. have always had great experiences here but just like any place which dispenses medicine, it is only fair that stock/prices/hours are kept up to date on the most popular online resource..

I really like this place. They have everything you could possibly need including the knowledge and compassion to help all their patients feel welcome and informed. Awesome staff. Awesome inventory. Most Awesome place to chill either in the lounge or at the dab bar. My fav spot for sure. :0)

Go here all the time and it's always been great service. I tell them how much I have and they help get the most out of the money I have.

first time ordering from this company.. poor poor poor customer service !!! called to verify they were open the male that answered the phone didn't even say the name of the store in top of no phone manners !!!(otherwise rude) then I made an order in the am first thing not even a call or a message... nothing period .

Now this is a knowledgeable and super friendly shop! If you're in Portland, you know pot shops in this side of town can be hit or miss. Not Green Remedy. Excellent smoke, excellent customer service, and excellent prices

I'm just glad that this place is a 24hr dispensary, getting off work at 11pm on a stressful day , definitely needed to pick up something. I checked it out, ppl we're friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming here for that late night shopping.

A location is a location... my first time going there and it was awesome!! Told the young lady what I wanted and didn’t want smelled a few and got hooked up left outta there happy!! I will be going back for sure!!!

I love going to this place when it was right around the corner from my house and now that i live in gresham i still go to them because of the Good strands and quantities and the people that work there are really koo and laid back

These guys were pretty chill laid back Explained everything well and hooked us up with a free joint for being Our first time .. Most deff going back and I'm gonna buy a dabber bong They also have the great prices on pipes, bong ect
