They guy that helped my bf and I get oil today was supper friendly and quick! The cashier was friendly and sweet, her name was Jessie G and she helped make the experience much more wonderful with her lovely smile and cheerful manner. I will definitely be going back again soon!

please for the love of weed, never go to this dispensary. This place used to be right by my house so I went there often. In retrospect, I actually learned LESS about weed and it's medicinal benefits by shopping here. The staff is always rushed, (and usually rude), the flower is often sub par, (by comparison to others), and the deals aren't good. The only redeeming quality is one guy that works there - he's one of my favorite budtenders of all time.

I have been to Green Planet several times over the last few months. They are located in a great location and have numerous products available. While there are nearby competing businesses, Green Planet is open earlier/late, and their selection has more variety. I will admit though that some of the staff there are far more knowledgable than others. After dealing with most of the employees, I have found that Amy has a lot more awareness of the products than some others. It is one thing to just smoke/partake and be done. But if you want someone who can provide specific details about the product, ensuring you get the best for your money, you want her experience. She's usually there on Friday. I've had several other workers simply point out details on the packages, as if reading the label explains the benefits. I understand there is a learning process for everyone, but it goes without saying of your business opens earlier and stays open later, you want to satisfy the customer. In order to do so, all employees should be aware, trained, and enthusiastic about such powerful products. Weed can be a great experience, but it has to be done with care. I have pretty much decided I am only returning when I know my customer needs will be met properly. Otherwise, it's easier to shop around elsewhere because other shops show more attention to detail with their employee product knowledge.

Love the concentrate prices! The staff is also very patient and helpful with answering questions about certain strains. I mainly come for the wax but always leave with flower and pre rolls as well.. it's kind of like Walmart always come out with more than what was on your list. Keep up the good work!!

I ordered ahead with Leafly but ordered the wrong item, they quickly resolved the situation with me and helped me with a few products. PS I would like to see terpene profiles, like all the terpenes. I want to know what each terpene does, and I want to be able to pick strains out based on desired effects, not names that may or may not be related to different versions of the same strain. Honestly, one plant can yeild thousands of seeds and some plants will produce more CBD than others and some might produce more of specific terpenes. if we understood the terpene profiles, maybe different growing methods are more beneficial with certain strains terpene profiles or maybe you have a blueberry bush growing near your garden so now this whole batch of plants just smells and tastes like blueberries. Is that smell a terpene that is present when smoking/vaping; What effects does that smell have on other terpenes. I feel like having specific product reviews based on terpene profile batches, rather than generalized strain names, would provide more than enough information to support an ongoing database of information to further support/disprove the "effects" of the terpenes. (aside from diet being a notable factor. ) PPS I tried over 6 companies products, and tested "Durban poison" in concentrated cartridges. Only "Select" has been consistent accross 4 different batches, years apart. I can recognize the smell and effect distinctly; so for me, that is my judgement as far as consistency goes. Unfortunately Green Planet's cartridge policy is pretty limited and not flexible. There are many other shops with much more flexibility and ability to help you out in obvious situations, would NOT recommend.
