The Gallery - Fife

This was my first visit the other day. "Handy Sandy" recommended the Gallery to me and she was right. The security person and budtenders were all nice plus I bought some great marijuana that helped me with my chronic pain.

Coming from Federal Way, this is my go to spot. Everyone is super friendly and chill. The doorman is always friendly, unlike other places I’ve been to, and the location is quick and convenient off of I5 or PAC Hwy.

I frequent ur shop 5 times a week,today I was confronted by a very unprofessional security guard he said after looking at my id that wasn't it expired,and I said it doesn't expire until my next bday a year from now and he proceeded to say I was talking stuff and that he was going to teach me the hard way I was courteous in my response so I'm not sure why he was threatening me but I don't have to take that especially if I'm spending my hard earned money here often. I will not be coming back I hope other customers haven't had to deal with his bad attitude but I'm sure that's not the case I hope you address these issues with him he was very unprofessional.thank u for ur time. I have my receipt I was in ur store at 130 the date is 11-12-19 an African American gentleman was ur security staff today.

Ordered online, I got a text that order was received and another less than an hour later saying it was ready. Walked in and picked it up. Super easy and convenient. Huge variety and nice staff.

This is by far the prettiest gallery I have ever been to, the atmosphere is so aesthetic and comfortable! :) i had an amazing customer service experience with Erica, she made me feel very welcomed and at ease. If you’re deciding between what gallery to visit, this is the most definitely the one! Cheers 🐛

Seemed like I was being rushed by the bud tender, which is fine under the circumstances, Plandemic.

Ordered from complete updated menue! (Not) They had neither products when arrived, no worries. Picked a different cartridge all good. Flower, was recommend by staff stating as good as what I had ordered. Ask as long as it a sativa all is good, yes it is im told.. Well gots my a-- home to find out its a flipping Indica... if I wanted to sleep I would be fine with it.......dont order online and expect to get what you want. Damn, text me back or call and let the customer know your out. With this damn plandemic you cant hold the product to check in store.

Terrible selection and way overpriced. Been here once and won’t go back.

The staff was friendly and professional. the establishment was also upscale, and you can tell they put a lot into providing a more sophisticated set and setting. This is what legitimizes going into one of these boutiques; having an experience that leaves you happy and satisfied.

I will never buy here again. I was a loyal customer. I ordered online and my husband would pick up for me. Tonight, because they did not have a couple of the items that I ordered, he asked if he could call me to approve the substitutions; he was told couldn’t call from inside the store. He then stepped outside, called me, and I approved their suggestions. When he got back inside, they refused to release my order because the couldn’t verify that he had actually spoken to me and wasn’t buying for someone else. Never again.

This is a great place and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

The store is neatly organized and clean. Erik was kind and he found the right combination of products to help alleviate my pain and nausea. My old co-worker Sandra (..who I happened to bumped into at my doctor's office) suggested that I visit this store because she said the customer service is great and I was definitely impressed.

I was sold 3 year old weed, Bud tender was very hostile when I asked if they had flower that I saw on there online site. She rudely said yeah sometimes are site is off. I will never return. There is another weed store down the street from this dishonest establishment that will treat you with respect.

Beautiful shop, and everyone was very nice & friendly! A lot of variety in everything. Definitely will be back!

As others. Very dry product. Personally I go for upgrades (glass jars only). No lines priceless. Knowledge from staff? Not that good But this is legalized weed.
