The Flower Shop - Phoenix (Med/Rec)

The people here are SO nice, omg. I’m not super educated on medical marijuana so I always have a lot of questions and ask for recommendations and at other dispensaries I’ve had the budtenders be total snobby a-holes, but not here! Everyone is so kind and I never felt rushed. They have TONS of products to look through, way more than any other dispensary I’ve ever been through so it took me a while to look at everything but they didn’t seem to mind at all. Love this place, but the only problem I had was that I placed an online order and got a text that it was ready for pickup, but when I got there they didn’t have it so I went through the whole process of going in the back to pick out the items I had ordered and it turned out they didn’t even have them in stock in the first place. I bought some other great stuff to use in the meantime, so I can’t be too upset, but I wish their online ordering system would have told me they didn’t have the products in stock instead of telling me my order was ready when it wasn’t. I think thats more of an issue with Leafly’s online ordering system than an issue with this store, though, idk.

I really enjoyed my visit here yesterday. The place is really great! Very nice waiting area, the bud tenders were very knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions. Prices were average. Got home, was probably the best flower I’ve had all year! This place is killing it. Oh and they don’t “reward” for good reviews so you know it’s truly a great place! My new favorite dispensary!

I visit this location before but today it seems like this budtender didn’t feel like answering question or was just trying to be fast , I wanted to ask question about special and sales and he was just being short on the conversation and fast to get me out. His name was Kevin R

Pretty nice dispensary. Really clean and organized. This use to be Swell as some of you may know. My bud tender was Kevin R. He seemed pretty chill but didn't know anything about the first time patient deal. Just to clarify that you can do a mix match on the BOGO deal with anything. They just price the higher priced item of course. I thank one of the other bud tenders coming out and telling me that. Saved me way more money. But I got the 1000MG Ghost OG Kind Live Resin cart and it's pretty fire. I also got a 8th in the can. 4 Kings was the one I chose. Super gassy and worth it. I always wanted to try trees out of a seal can and let me tell you it's super fresh! Definitely gonna come back for flowers. I appreciate it.

Thanks for your help today Kevin. I received my second visit discount plus a free 25 mg gummy. I purchased a few different strains. I visited with my boyfirend. I was discouraged to find that they usually refuse to see more than one person at a time. Fortunately, they made an exception in allowing us back together, as they were not busy.

So worth the stop!!! And the staff are so nice,,,

I drove from Tucson to Phoenix to go to this store not only did I wait a long while. I asked for the 1/2 oz of the Deadlights that's advertised on leafly since Thursday March 14th when I saw it and is still on the menu today the 18th of March. I felt rushed and when I realized it the guy said there out of it. now I also didn't get my gummies I went there hoping to come back with well over the 7 grams I did and possibly the pax but my tender said it was awesome and the conversation ended

Everything about the location is fantastic. The staff is outstanding, the flower is awesome as well as the selection. But, I got a preroll of Carnage, and idk if it was a rough day at the joint factory or something, that herb was rolled tight af. Such is life. Still a great dispensary.

This has been my “go to” place for 2 years and I am thrilled with the service . Everyone who works here is friendly AND knowledgable . They go above and beyond to educate customers and truly care if they are getting what they need .

Very nice selection and good quality.

The location is very convenient and it's closer than most Dispensaries, which helps me cut down on travel time to either Downtown or the Airport because of my mobility disabilities. I used to work in the same neighborhood for several years and any place closer to Red Devil Pizza and my favorite post-employing business next door gets 5 Stars in my book.

I felt so welcomed when I walked in the door and my bud tender was so happy to help me and answer any of my questions I had I recommend headband if they have it available.

Very sleek, good organizational skills, keeping online orders and medical marijuana users separate to expedite orders quickly. Very professional staff. This is my new store. I hate to give a place of business a five-star review because this is my first visit but you can pick up a store's quality by first impressions when you an oldie but goodie senior!

I love shopping here especially for Dr. Zodiak's carts I suggest Razzle Dazzle :)

Make sure to check your order. Drove 30min for them to forget that I ordered 2 mints not 1. I should have noticed when the amount lower. Thanks
