Love this place. Such friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders and all staff. Love the feeling of individual attention to your needs. If they don't have it they find you something compatible and that helps. My pain has become tolerable thanks to this caring dispensary.

I love the flower bowl!! I'm a weekly shopper and Quincy is my favorite Bud Tender she's always in a great mood and very knowledgeable about the products. I recommend this place to everyone and they have great prices and daily deals.

I don't have a huge base of comparison, but I've been only happy with all visits, personnel, and product. What is the name of that color purple? 😛

Not a great place to go first time trying to be seen with my medical tried checking in kept telling me I had to go outside and was taking recreational user before medical obviously just in it to make money and not take care of the patients who really need it. I am Marine Vet with PTSD

I've come here many times and have had an over all good experience. I know what i want so i dont interact with the staff. The wait for pickup isnt to bad even if its a long line, 15 cars or more is about a half hour, a little patience. Now the delivery service is extremely poor. I live 8 miles from them and have been told that is out of the way but they have three counties listed in MI for this service, all 15+ miles away. My first time using it the delivery came the next day first thing. Understandable, i guess, since i placed the order 2 hours before closing. I was told i never confirmed but you get a pass code to place an order and no where does it say you need to confirm. Not in emails or texts You will NOT receive any updates about your order. Tried it a third time just to see and now going on 4 and a half hours. If they are going to charge for this service they need to actually orginize it better. As for the flower its pretty good although the selection is growing smaller. I have had one order from a pickup be wrong as far as the strain i received. I payed 20$ extra for a lesser strain so check your flower if you're doing a curb side pick up here to make sure you are getting what you payed for. The trmming can be a bit better if they want to be top notch. You can get some larger stems once in a while. Its not to bad but if they want to compete with the Ann Arbor dispensers theyll need to up their game. Over all not a bad place but DO NOT USE DELIVERY.

I love Flower Bowl! The ease of the online ordering as well as how friendly the staff is. They have great knowledge and have been on point lately. Little rocky start but has blown everyone out if the water.

Hello, I placed an order on Friday and received a confirmation email saying that I would be notified of the total and a message would be sent when my order was scheduled for delivery. That did not happen. The driver showed up at my door without notice. Because I didn't know how much the total was, I didn't know how much to tip. Very disappointed in the service I received.

everybody is very nice very helpful and they know what they're talking about when you say you're in pain and you need something to help you whether it's pain anxiety or anything else every September every staff member I ever dealt with was awesome

Drove 3.5 hours for mmj after placing online order. The gentleman that helped me could not find my order but went inside to rebuild it. (social distancing made everything curbside) The staff were outside taking care of a line of cars very quickly in the rain. Really appreciated the extra effort. It was cold and nasty out today but they took good car eof me and helped me with the only med I use for PTSD. Was worth the drive. (I live in PA but am taking care of relatives in Ohio during the pandemic) Will definitely make the drive again. You guys rock. I can't remember the bud tender's name but he deserves a raise. (he had dreads if that helps.)
