Lisa at the desk was very helpful and very cordial - and then when I got inside of the store I was waited on by Nadila and again she was also very helpful - she answered all my questions with accuracy - very very nice lady and let me say everyone in this establishment were all nice and kind - thank you ! - you will see me again "YOU ALL ROCK"

Flower Bowl remains one of the best shops in Metro Detroit. Budtenders are always knowledgeable about the various products, and helpful in getting you the most "bang for your buck". Special s/o to Kerrington, Ashley and Morgan, who were all particularly helpful.

Great place! Close to home fast service and friendly budtenders, this will always be my go to pot spot James is so quick and professional! Great bud!! Must try the wedding cake!

Not a great place to go first time trying to be seen with my medical tried checking in kept telling me I had to go outside and was taking recreational user before medical obviously just in it to make money and not take care of the patients who really need it. I am Marine Vet with PTSD

I had to call with a question and ended up being helped by Lena. Her customer service was beyond excellent and she saved me over $100 in specials and deals. I've been shopping here for years. Never had a problem. Great staff, clean environment, beautiful flowers. My most recent delivery was very disappointing. I ordered a $50 ounce it came to $53 including tax. The driver came delivered my flowers, I gave him $60 and he left. About an hour later I missed a call from The flower bowl, then received a text saying, "Just a friendly reminder... gas is now up almost $6." I responded with, "I'm confused.. I gave a 15% tip... ." There was no response. I found that to be very rude and extremely unprofessional. Management might want to monitor who they have on the phones, and how they are treating their customers.

Ok, so I've been a customer here for years. I just recently started ordering on Leafly because of all the deals you could get in the beginning great could usually get what I ordered. NOW... Always come back out when I'm in the pick up line with my money, ID and Med card stating they don't have the products, and also stating they don't honor what's on the Leafly site.... Then why ever bother being apart of the website or app? Or update it when you update your actual site. It's very frustrating when I have spent more than I wanted to because you don't honor your pricing, and hours wasted several times going because of these issues.. I've been waiting in the pick up line for 20+ minutes only for them to go back in me wait even longer to come out to tell me to park and go in....SEVERAL TIMES. I Love this dispo but at the same time I'm a loyal customer for years and havent been shown any reciprocity on your guys end, actually the opposite! -Customer since March 2020
