Everything is great, except for the wax stacks. There's only one budtender at this dispensary who keeps all the wax containers upright. Everyone else will stack them sideways and upside down, causing the low viscosity waxes to run and get in the threads of the lid.
Frustratingly, it happens every time unless you get lucky and get the wax man as your budtender.
Very good experiences with firestation bud tender "liz" does a great job getting u what u need. Though everyone who works their is equally as helpful and knowledgeable.
we described previous undesirable affects form previous experience and the bud tender set us up with a great solution. she included an explanation for future purchases dependent on this initial purchase.

I’ve been a medical member of the Firestation team since I was 18… Sometimes I get the silver end of the spoon, sometimes I get the rusted, these past few times I have not been happy with what they’ve given me… My per-usual order is 4, 1g cartridges, and some weed… These past few times I’ve been getting nothing but a HALF a cartridge, with nothing but air pockets, and no wax in there…and small, crushed weed.. I’ve complained about it several times but never have they seemed to care, nor check the item before giving it to me, like i’ve asked in the past…
My partner came in looking for a good sativa and our budtender introduced us to blue dream for the first time. Came back and bought an ounce. Great staff, great product, 10/10 recommend
