A beautiful layout with plenty of room. This location is clean and the entire area is filtered completely, leaving your visit pure of any scent. The quality here isn't as particular as Origins (Seattle), but the selection and staff are superb. Definitely a go-to if you're a townie or just passing through. What med/rec user doesn't want to visit the largest green shop in WA State? Stop in! You won't be disappointed.

What makes me rate anything, is the service, which was excellent. They were well informed, personable, and helpful. Vast selection of flower and oils. This is the place you want to go.

Very spacious. The place isn't all cramped up. Easily the best dispensary I've been too! Strongly recommend people to come here.

This was my first dispensary I've ever visited, and the staff were very informative, never pressured me I probably spent an hour in the store in complete aww that I was in a legal store and they allowed me all the time I needed.

Firehouse was having a deal for half oz of jungle cake for $66. When I brought it home and opened it the buds were dry, brown, and growing mold spores. I immediately called back and told them that it was old and they asked if I opened the package already (which I did, but how am I supposed to know the bud has gone bad without opening the package?) the owner said due to a disclaimer he can’t give a refund but the disclaimer was not on the website where I saw the deal because “they are still working on it”. I was given a 20% off coupon which felt like a bit of a F*** you considering I was sold old marijuana without my knowledge. I have consistently gotten prerolls, half oz, and edibles that have been in their package for 4, 5, even 6 months. If you are not CAREFUL they WILL sell you old product. Buying a half oz of complete garbage and not getting a refund or an exchange was the last straw for me. The other dispensaries in town while smaller, have more consistent product and more understanding staff. What Happened to me is the equivalent of being sold sour beer and being given a coupon for a back rub to make up for it.

This place is great ! No pressure at all . Just walk in browse their absolutely massive selections of delicious cannabis , concentrates , and edibles . Spacious and a very helpful and friendly budtenders .

This store had a decent selection but the things were a little more expensive than what I'm used to paying at the Bellevue store I used to go to. The set up is really pretty but the staff doesn't seem very happy to be there and wasn't friendly or inviting. I'm happy with what I bought, it was just over priced :-(

Used to Love this place, Literally I've been here 3 times in a 2 week period. Spent a lot of money here Update: came to the shop same as always, apparently they no longer accept out of state ids, only U.S or Canada, got a unwelcoming vibe from the owners brother, what a bummer I really liked this place. Never coming back here again. Never dropping a dime or recommending this to anyone.

I hate the people here and it's more about profits than the patients. Hi Guys Terp Rocks are $35 and hands down the worst weed I've ever tried, and they have been on the shelves forever.

Idk what it is with Central WA stores, but they all have the same weird vibe to them. This place is certainly no exception, whether it be the blatantly inexperienced sales staff (not all of them, just most of them) pushing old product on you at a high cost, the endless amount of $15-$20 grams of trash hash oil, the soulless & overbearing corporate vibe of the place, or maybe its just that you don't like paying $5-$15 more than other spots who actually know how to move product, whatever the case, you'll certainly be massively disappointed in this spot if you've been consuming cannabis for more than a few months. Its sort of like going to Wal Mart for you first time..."wow this place is so big!", but as you force yourself to return time and time again, the initial shock and awe dissipate faster than your patience in dealing with this place. I wouldn't at all be surprised if there was a fair bit of funny business going on behind the scenes here, something about this poor excuse for a store just doesn't sit well with you no matter what you tell yourself. Bottom line: these people don't have a clue, but then again that's what happens when you're running a business on nothing but generational wealth and nothing more. My only hope is that a better store will eventually come along and put this place out of business..it wouldn't be difficult, all you have to do is know how to move product, the very thing this establishment just can't seem to comprehend. Ellensburg deserves far better, but in the meantime, I'll gladly keep going all the way to Yakima to support a shop that actually cares and makes you feel like you're getting a half decent deal. This isn't rocket science we're dealing with here, afterall.

Great place .. just a few problems with my big order.. great selection of products.. I got a pre roll and did not check the date ..ITS FROM LAST YEARS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS..

I’m not crazy about Firehouse. Been here a couple times and while it looks real nice, the products are often older/dated stuff. I have also felt like the bud tenders are trying to sell what they want (maybe they are encouraged to try and “move” certain products?), rather than letting you get what you want. I’m not a newbie, and don’t really need or want to be talked into buying something, or talked out of buying what I’ve selected. Especially when they are young enough to be my kid.

Overall great experience, stopped by on my way though Ellensburg, easy access to the highway, convenient location with great pricing and selection.

Love the atmosphere and how the place is set up.

Most professionally operated dispensary I have yet to experience. Fantastic displays! Well organized! The selection exceeds many shops on both the west and east side of the state, always giving me a quality option for my budget that day. The staff is upbeat, honest and values the customer! Cannabis product vendors also occasionally visit and set up booths/deals. I wish other dispensaries would model their business after The FireHouse!

I’m grateful they have affordable grams from decent growers. Driving in from Yakima as the dispos out here are lousiest around. It’s nice being able to order online, easily get my medicine and leave. Everyone has been professionals and made the transitions great. I just wish they’d order more Dab Dude and Kelso Kreeper dabs

I found my spouses favorite strain here (Point Break) in a jar of pre-rolls from Phat Panda. A little pricey, but it was an entire oz which was phenomenal

I would recommend this place to anyone! It’s a friendly atmosphere, very informative, and open free environment. The stores aroma alone make it a more enjoyable shopping experience.

I have traveled the whole west coast through Oregon and California and my home shop, the fire house, is still by far my favorite shop. Always friendly atmosphere as well as the knowledgeable budtenders!
