I've been going here about 6 months. Friendly people, good service, great products. I've never been disappointed with a recommendation.

Two poor experiences in a row. First time I was missing product. Which I chalked up to me being a pot smoker😆 yesterday I went in because Wednesday is sale day… well instead of a sale I was treated to a 68$ 4g - 1/4 . Also the kid was not sealed at all…. Not usually like me I was unsatisfied so I made a phone call. I don’t know what I expected but not that’s how they come. With no tamper proofing? Seemed odd so I went in and was told the same by the management. Fire bros comes like that.. I said short 3g , he said no label on top or seals. Seems dangerous and risky. I will not be buying from here anymore. Totally unsatisfied former customer!

I give the service 1 star. They are constantly getting my order incorrect by not double shocking the difference between CDB & THC so I have had to make multiple returns. Also they tend to tell me that something is NOT in stock and then I’ll see it up on the shelf behind the checkout. Other than that, The quality is good and the atmosphere it pretty cool as well.

hit and miss sometimes it misses the mark needs more concentrate the supply on top shelf is almost always gone or depleted. A serious need for fresh flowers most of the flower is a month old and dry which pushed me towards oil and that seems to be stocked every two weeks which jams me up because I don't get consistent quality . The staff I found were helpful and very good at what they do but seriously this store needs more staff I feel you need at least one tender at each station sometimes it feels like one tender for every station, which makes visits stressful for everyone. Overall I think this store deserves high praise for quality service and prices compared to its competition in the area.

The service

The flower I picked was not the flower I received. It was the strain I picked but not what I was shown. Not that it matters much as I was o my shown 1 of each strain I was interested in. I guess if you the kinda person that love Starbucks this is your kind of place.

Evergreen Market is way overpriced. I live 2 miles from this shop and never go here because of the prices and service.
