The Epic Remedy Fountain

Ignore my previous review, I normally don’t change my review but now I know why they have such bad reviews. These people are rude af and unprofessional, they have absolutely respect for their patients. The main goal is to get you in and out as fast as they can don’t worry about them trying to up sale because they are to busy trying to rush you out of there. Also I have been shopping there and showing the same medical card every time and today the girl at the door wants to say there’s something wrong with it. Then said she would help me print another one out, I told her I didn’t recall my username and password it saved on my computer she got snotty with me and acted like I was some kind of criminal. No matter how quality of product they have would make me shop here again and I live across the street! The disrespect that you get here is not worth it. They are not compassionate at all! Besides all that Not even one person knows how to update the Menu on either weed maps or Leafly. Again don’t waste your time with these morons!

Unprofessional. People seem genuinely unhappy to be at work. The treat their patients like pot-heads and not patients purchasing their medication. Do not recommend for medical patients. Far more a recreational vibe here. Customer for a year, using the same card and got turned away today by new manager who does not understand the laws and chose to be safe, rather than sorry. When given information to correct this misunderstanding they merely disregarded the information given, then immediately read back to me the same information I had just provided, without any understanding of the language at all. It was like talking about a contract with a random stranger at a car wash, not a professional medical dispensary.

The people at this location are courteous friendly and wise I felt at home they did not make me feel stupid

Most of the time this place is cool but went in today for an oz that should be 110 and the don’t want to sell you an ox for one ten want to nickel and dime you with eighth so it 160 an oz come on didn’t even care that I was leaving I can get the same at other locations that not being greedy and proved a big point that they can’t get med right so why vote for rec so we can be treated even worse after

I love the quality of cannabis at Epic Remedy. Other dispensaries might have better deals, but ER wins every time for TOP quality. Everything I purchase from here, never lets me down. The staff is always very kind and welcoming. Shout out to my favorite employee Destiny for always going above and beyond. All the staff is knowledgeable and informing when choosing what to purchase. I love their point system for rewards! It really pays off. I am glad this is my home dispensary of choice

Not sure what the other reviews are talking about tbh. This dispensary is frickin great! The staff are always personable and ready to help me and I just enjoy talking w them. I've never come across anyone who was rude to me in any way whatsoever. I LOVE this location!! The inside is super cool looking and they have a pretty huge selection. I think they told me that all of their flower is grown in house, which is cool because it's all super fire and hella terpy. I was a little disappointed on my first visit that they didn't carry viola or any other concentrate companys but damn lol I was blown away by the house live sugar I tried. Worth every penny. 11/10 recommend!!

I am never dissatisfied here at Epic

I admit I first went in because of convenience but it quickly became a top fav. There flower never disappoints and the bud tenders are great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and stop in.
