Here is a follow up to my last review. The THC/CBD tincture I bought was effective. I called this morning to let them know that an Ilava cartridge I purchased stopped working and they advised me to bring it in. I did so, and they replaced it at no cost. While I was there I brought up the fact that the pre-roll I got from them looked and tasted like leaf. The manager stated that their pre-rolls were rolled from trim. I still find that hard to believe, as it looked and tasted like pure leaf. The manager said they were going to start using shake. Buyer beware. The pre-rolls are worthless.

I'm sitting here taking hits off a bowl of Conspiracy Kush and sliding into relaxation.. Just as smooth as sledding in freshly fallen snow on Mount Lemmon. One of the smoothest transitions ever. A gentle wave of bliss. And then I look at my very last nug, and I'm realizing I need to restock NOW while I can get it. And the ONLY place to get it is at Downtown Dispensary, since it's their organically grown bud. Now. I could just say "Nice place, great people, good meds", and leave it at that. That says it simply and quickly. But every time I visit the Downtown Dispensary I have such a stellar experience. Everyone there is so wonderful about taking their time with me. I want to do them justice by taking my time with them here. They take customer service to a whole other dimension. They have someone there to walk you to and from your car since their parking is in the back of the building. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by the gentle wafting scent of the treasures that await. There is a welcoming smile for you when you check in. Love is in the air, or at least peace and happiness. The bud tenders are more than friendly, they are extremely informative and happy to help in every way. They've taught me all about cannabinoids and terpenes, and help me pick the strains that will best target the specific symptoms I am trying to treat. What they don't know they will look up for you. The Downtown Dispensary regularly has many of their batches lab tested for purity and content. Instead of a general range, you can know what the THC and CBD etc. levels actually are. And they can give you a heads up when the current batch of whatever is significantly more or less potent than the last. I've always been impressed with the quality of the flower buds. Always fresh. Always. There's consistently a good selection along the entire spectrum. All the edibles that I've tried have been excellent quality. The prices are good. When you factor in that you get a free pre-roll with every purchase of $20. or more then you realize the prices are excellent, especially considering the quality of both the meds, and the exemplary service. Most of all, the entire staff is AWESOMMMME!

Amazing overall experience, every single time i visit. Jesus OG Kush and Conspiracy Kush are among my ultimate faves.

I went in the very first day I got my card and was quite nervous but the staff was AMAZING. I was walked every step of the way if I had questions and the recommendations did not disappoint.

Rip your bag open and exam your entire order before leaving. This place is notorious for showing you one product, then sending you home with another. The old bait and switch. Beware, if you have a dispensary you trust just go there.

Picked up some ilava carts from here. Very strong clove taste, get a tingling feeling from it. I called to get an exchange, drove back 60 miles and they wouldnt exchange them. Why the hell didn't they say that over the phone. I threw away $50 on carts, wasted a bunch of time and gas. I will never go back.

First time in and it was a very enjoyable experience. I really appreciate the deli style tending and the flower I selected was fantastic as well as the concentrate I chose. I believe my tender's name was Woody or something along those lines, he was very helpful and I enjoyed talking to him. I will definitely make a stop back in to this dispensary whenever I make it down to Tucson from Phoenix.

They canceled my delivery order for no reason. Second time this has happened. I can't go get it. And they just canceled it. No heads up, no explanation, no credit offered, no discounts offered. Just assholes.

Not coming back here until I can see the flower again. The Amherst Sour Diesel I bought was gray and had no smell or taste (fungus?) . I wouldn't have bought it if I saw it first. I have previously bought this and it was green and stinky.

I've always liked DD, but this was my first visit after they opened their recreational operation and it was disappointing. Parking is now seriously inadequate, as is their wait space for the number of people they allow in (almost all were recreational customers). Person at front desk on medical side was curt to the point of rudeness, which is a first for me. I really enjoy iLava cartridges, but there are way too many alternatives not to shop elsewhere. It's too bad, but it just doesn't feel like they have the infrastructure to handle recreational at this location.

I ordered online between 10 and 10:30 for curbside pickup. I arrived at around 12:30, texted my space number. After no response for at least 10 minutes I went into the dispensary and apparently, my order was never processed. Took another 40 minutes to fill my order. Don't waste your time. Try some other place.

I just placed an order for a cartridge that was 82 dollars. I ordered delivery meeting the min 50 dollar order threshold. Since it was on special it was only going to actually cost 46. The called saying I needed to actually meet the required minimum so I actually had to order more. The would not deliver unless I did. This after spending 300 dollars in the past week alone e. Then my text messages reads like this....Delivery request declined by The Downtown Dispensary. Message from The Downtown Dispensary: Patient rudely denied delivery after not wanting to reach the minimum order. Call (520) 838-0492 for more information. This dispensary should treat patients better do not bother with this dispensary.

Leafly site had deal listed drove all the way over to be told that the deal is only a bulk deal. First and last time driving out here.

Been here 8-9 times. Good bud, I've had Green Crack & Green Goblin (don't know if they're the same bud or not since ones a family friendly name), Blue Haze, Cornbread, Micky Kush, Blackberry, Confidential Kush, Master Kush, Jesus OG Kush, Sour Pez, Ace of Spaces,. All those strains are good. My favorite Indica is Cornbread and favorite Sativa is Jesus OG Kush. Please give them a try or at least a smell if you're there! I've also had the Blue Widow K.I.N.D hash that was really good and lasted longer then expected. I'd be aware of Mother's Helper though i bought a half ounce of that stuff in February or early March and even though it smelt fruity it didn't have any effect on me. Qrazy Train as of last week right below the net weight on the label says "Expiration date 1-28-2016"? its now May? Most of the strains I've gotten didn't have that.. the 2nd time i got Ace of Spaces it had a expiration date on it too. Also noticed the potency the 2nd time wasn't as strong as the 1st time i got it. I'd give 5 stars for quality if it wasn't for that and Mother's Helper. Bud tenders Anthony, Nick, and the big dude with the beard (sorry didn't get your name) are good, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are oooookay. The price breaks for a half and whole ounce are kinda high, the 1/8th and 1/4 ounce price are average nothing amazing. I like that they list the THC levels of the strains on their website too even though i notice some strains don't get results, and sometimes you have lab results showing for old batches and the new batch never gets a lab result posted so be aware of that you might be looking at a result from a old batch. For example the green crack result is from 3-25-2016 i think they got a new batch of green crack right before 4/20 cause it was off the menu for a day or two then it was added back days before 4/20. Mother's Helper didn't get a lab result at all, which is weird cause you mean the one strain i feel had no effect on me what so ever also didn't get a lab result? Also notice the lab results come days after the strains been being sold already. I would feel more confident buying stuff if i could see the lab results but i guess I'll have to do it the old school way and look and smell the bud sometimes lol. Also the lab results here seem to be accurate to the way the strains make me feel. The 10% debit card discount is nice, and the 20% off a strain is awesome. Only wish they'd include the really good strains like Cornbread and Jesus OG Kush on the 20% list at least once. Also more frequent updates on what strain is 20% off would be cool, i notice the websites and even the menu in the store is sometimes not updated. I was in here last Wednesday and the strains that were 20% off were Qrazy Train and Pennywise. Would be great so see some strains in the 20% THC range too. Over all good place, friendly staff, decent bud you just gotta be careful with some strains i think.

Absolutely love this dispensary. I live 25 miles away, and drive just to be able to take advantage of their BOGO cartridges every week. As a patient not only with pain management problems (spinal cord injury), COPD, and on a limited budget, being able to find a dispensary that has options for people who can't smoke. Downtown has been fabulous. The Tenders are always attentive, though it can feel a bit rushed, once you're in back. The lobby is extremely comfortable, and the online ordering is phenomenal. Once you get the hang of it, you're in and out and off to do other things. I'll always go there for my cartridges and shatter. ♡
