new to Tucson I only shop with downtown because there prices and deals can't be beat.

Love coming here knowing they'll have what I want in stock and fresh. Always a plus when the budtenders know what they're talking about too!

I like the dispensary itself. The flowers seem to be nice quality all around. I picked up 4 varieties of top tier and all proved to be very nice. the location leaves quite a bit to be desired though. not sure I'll be back unless I'm looking for their in house products specifically or maybe a rare stain.

Great location and service

I am new to Arizona and recently got my card. This was the second dispensary I went to. I went to a few of the others in town. I have to say this is the cleanest, brightest place I have been. Alison helped me as a first time patient she went over so much information. None of the other places had booklets and patents of information. I had so many questions and she had all of the answers. It was the best experience. I left with a ton of information and she gave me the information for leafly. I use this site all the time now. So I would highly recomend the Downtown Dispensary. Oh and one more thing. I love that the measure it out right in front of you.

Favorite dispensary in town. Drive 20 minutes further and bypass alot closer ones just to come here. Prices are about on parbwith everybody else but you can't beat all of the specials that they offer.

The Downtown Dispensary is the best in town. The people are great - always friendly, polite, and ready to answer all your questions. This dispensary offers a wide selection and have a good range of prices, good for patients of all income levels, usage preferences, and pain levels.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Staff is some of coolest people around and they really seem to out of their way to make you happy.. The new cannabis library they started just added to the community/family vibe the place gives while still maintaining a real professional atmosphere. The meds are always top quality with a huge selection. This is how I dreamed dispensaries would be before I had ever been in one. Bravo Zulu DT Disp!

Profits before patients. Always changing prices. Kief is no $30 a gram and was just $18. Service is always hit or miss. The flower is horrible and over priced. The only good flower they ever have is from Green Halo. I'm done with DTD.

Clean place, nice tenders.

I felt nervous and intimidated on my first visit before I entered the shop--but the staff quickly put me at ease. Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Absolutely great customer service. Durban Poison which was recommended worked great, very good body high while leaving the brain able to function pretty floaty-well! It was quite helpful to me when doing housework & paying bills. I'll be back.

Second Day In A Row Using Downtown Dispensary. Today Was A Way Faster & Extremely Pleasant Ordering Experience. Maybe It Was Just Bad Luck Or Poor Choice On My Part But I've Grabbed 3 Different Prerolls. All Three Had This Horrible Green Plant Taste That Had Me Reminiscent To High School Home Grown Days. Again It Was Probably My Fault But If You Head Here I Would Skip The Pre Rolls Right Now. P.s Its 8ths Only Right Now For Flower.

Now that the parking is better, this is absolutely my favorite Tucson dispensary. They have great proprietary products and have always been #1 in patient education. They also have the widest range of product from other vendors, so lots of choice beyond their own brands, too. But with the lobby taken over by rec sales, it's harder for me to go in because noise and autism. The staff is so patient and kind! They've also continued curbside pickup for medical, so that's great, too. Downtown is #1!

Awesome budtenders HAYDEN and DARIAN -- and making it look good with stylish haircuts!! My first time, and I brought a friend.... What a great and knowledgeable staff !! This Wildcat "cannasuer" -- from SoCal, to the Bay Area and back down -- knows her greenery!! Well, so do both of these fine men. Watching over inside was Ken and a beautiful blonde girl... As well as two proud Braves manning the door. Nice!! Also Brennan as an edibles rep was pleasant in the lobby .... SUPER AWESOME!!! Thanks and Love you all... FANTASTIC SHOP !!!

Nice place, decent deals, and amazing staff! I always going in expecting it to be super direct and cold but the staff always seems to be happy to be there and make it a pleasant little part of the day.
