Exceptional products and a very knowledgeable staff in Fulton. I've been there a few tes now and I always have a great experience. The product is some of the best in Illinois. Price included taxes, which was nice. I can't ask for a better dispensary. The bud tenders are very friendly and have a wealth of knowledge about the products they sell. The first time I went was the worst experience of them all, but still not as bad as some of the experiences I've had at dispensaries in other states. I love going to Fulton!

Repeat visitor and have been helped by Nikki now twice in a row. She is at window 8 today! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Always glad to come back to Fulton and stop in. The military discount was very nice to see as well as a veteran I appreciate that you all appreciate us as well. Great Buds and more!!! Looking forward to my next visit!!

Been coming here for about six months, the people are great. 420 I showed up around 10 am and got the free bud . Really nice buzz makes me active and pain free for awhile!!

The Rec Room staff are incredible. Every experience I've had has been fun, professional, and extremely helpful. Everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with have been so helpful helping me choose a product best suited for me, as I'm a novice. 10/10 recommend!

this dispensary is amazing understanding and patient. also they are fairly knowledgeable about the product. they are kind courteous and are always in a pleasant mood. if defects or mistakes happen have your receipt original packaging and video the problem if applicable they are the best most honorable dispensary around in my opinion

I personally love going to this dispensary. They might not have always great deals sometimes like Sunnyside, Verilife etc; but I've never been disappointed by any products I've gotten here. For me the drive + paying for my products is a lot cheaper than going to Sunnyside with their dealss

Got the one gram preroll if the granny Mac and all I have to say is wow!!! I'm a heavy smoker and this still had me gasping for air each hit. Was very potent and well worth the money. Really relaxing and at time from a hit and coughing I would see stars lol. Overall I highly recommend

I went to the Fulton, IL dispensary looking for Moon Balls, a very special product I've never even heard about in my 50 years of smoking. My tender Dillon had both deep personal experience and product knowledge. He patiently explained the three flavors and even got me a special pipe to smoke this sticky product, which is amazing. I highly recommend Dillon and Moon Balls. He's the most prepared tender I've ever worked with. Be sure to tip him big time.

Hands down the best dispo I've been to in IL. Great service and wide selection of product. Having tax included in price is awesome!

I moved to Illinois from jersey. And the people at this dispensary have helped me a lot with their knowledge and keeping me up to date with the new products, and with any questions I may have. A few of the bud tenders I have gotten to know pretty well and know what I like as soon as I walk through the door. They make me feel welcome here. I absolutely recommend this place

Great place to get your bud. I moved from Wisconsin a few months ago and have never had a bad experience at The Dispensary. Everyone is very knowledgeable and don't make you feel rushed. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The budtenders are super friendly and all have unique personalities, most of them try to kick up conversation with you besides what you’re they’re for and a few of them are happy to go out of their way to help you find the medicine best suited for your needs. However, it is a bit nerve wracking and overwhelming as someone who has only made 3 visits because with all of the TVS with menus constantly changing and they’re recommending you a lot of things, it seems like you’re low key being rushed. Maybe im just overthinking it but everytime I go in I feel rushed to know what I want and even after looking at the menu I still enjoy having a face to face conversation and engage in inquiry about a product and best choices for my needs with a budtender.

Been going here from the first day!Good selection of products and knowable workers. Of course the price could be better and would like to actually see the product I'm spending money on which most states have that and you can pick which bud you prefer which is awesome. Which is why I'm actually writing a review...I just noticed that you are using the same picture of a bud for multiple different strains and would like to understand why as the picture is supposed to be showing what that strains looks like..but yr using the same picture claiming it be different Varieties in strains of indica, sativa. Etc....that makes me question what is real or not..

Where to begin....This is the worst place ever. The manager is the problem, and even the budtenders know. It is reflected in everyone's attitude and their products. People could not figure out the preorder and so no more preorder. The computer system is a joke, and as manager never gives budtenders samples, they have to buy products to evaluate for their customers. It is a joke...looking at you MANAGER...
