This is the spot. Ara was an incredibly knowledgeable budtender, and her enthusiasm for the intricacies of cannabis really came through in our interaction. Honestly, the canna-nerd in me was geeking out as she ran through all the selections. Can’t wait to shop here again!

I love this place! This was my very first experience in a dispensary and I'm obviously visiting from out of town and I was instantly greeted by the friendly young lady at the front desk (I didn't catch her name) and she checked me in quick and let me in back where I was welcomed by my budtender Ryan. Now I don't know how normal this is, but Ryan was like fucking Pot Rainman or something like dude is the Stephen Hawking of Weed and he really helped me through the process to not feel so overwhelmed knowing I was a "virgin". But anyway, like said in the beginning I love this place and will come back every single time I'm in Denver from now on!

it's a great looking dispenseray and they always have fire wax. always going for the special deals. only real issue is that they are never staffed appropriately and you will always be waiting. so make sure you put enough quarter in the machine.

So very disappointed at how AWFUL the customer service has become. I came in today with an ad on my leafly app for 8grams of wax or shatter for $99. I tell the bartender this upon arrival, she rudely informed me she'd need to see the coupon. Which was totally fine and pre loaded on my phone, I grab it to be rudely informed I can't have my phone in the dispensary! but she guesses I can use it.... she than points to 3 different waxes and says these are your choices... long story short, I ended up leaving empty handed after talking to a manager about her attitude. I asked for any other deals and was huffed off. I sadly lost one of my favorite dispensaries today because customer service is dead at this location *aside from the sweet girl who has always checked my ID* SHE NEEDS A PROMOTION! Don't waste your time and go in for a deal that the dispensary doesn't even supply!

Great products. But, have had a terrible time getting their $99 Oz deals. Have now called TWICE before I came down to make sure they still had some in stock. Receptionist the 1st time said, "We sure do! Come on down!" Drove 45 minutes away, had to pay for parking, get in and they say, "Sorry, we're all out...have been since early this morning." Today, I decided I'll give Ballpark one more chance. Called before I drove 45 minutes to get there. Asked, "do you guys have any of the $99 Oz in stock?" Receptionist said, "Yes, we do. We have plenty True Berry left." I said, "For sure? Last time I drove all the way there and you guys were out of stock. Can you hold it until I arrive?" She says, "No worries...It's been really slow today. We'll have plenty in stock." Arrive, and yet AGAIN "Sorry... we're out of stock." I called before and drove 45 minutes away TWICE. That's ridiculous. No more $ from me! Will tell others to not shop there as well.
