I got an oz of there ground flower and I'm very disappointed..smoke a huge blunt didn't even get high just got a head ache..jar said 26% THC ..not true..and has to be full of contaminates cause I have had breathing issues since I smoked it... needless to say you couldn't pay me to shop here ever again

This past week I happened upon the Cannabis Depot. I've been there twice now. Holy cow! I've been a dedicated customer at another dispensary for several years but was on the hunt for something that has been all but impossible to find. Guess what? I found it, and so much more! Although I didn't have a chance to enjoy their comfortable-looking Colorado-styled waiting room (maybe they should call it the Colorado room) I so wanted to. Starting with security, their staff is very friendly and once inside, they all seem to be very flower and product line knowledgeable, patient with questions, and customer-focused! They are personable outgoing and before you leave, you feel like old friends. My Budtender Matthew was also very knowledgeable about the Great Sand Dunes area, not to mention absolutely adorable too. Prices are very good, and their selection is unbeatable; a wider variety by far, than any other place I've been over the years. To say the least, I was quite impressed. I definitely have a new favorite connection when in town, not to mention a new destination goal!

Love the place, but some people do not belong in customer service..even if it is just “selling weed” As I was walking away from my purchase, my budtender Melinda says to the other, “F*ing B**ch only tipped 2 bucks” SERIOUSLY? I turned around and said excuse me, and she said, have a great night! WOW! If you don’t like your job or need money that bad, then maybe you need to rethink your occupation. That was rude, inappropriate and insulting.

Went there 5:30 Tues the 18th of Feb I was greeted through doorman like norm, first thing see is some girl high on something more than weed lol Purple hair no kindness or greeting of any lind or a pleasant smile , no customer service nor any manor of professionalism, only place she belongs dealing with customer's is at McD’s!!! Im a very frequent shopper too Austin is always 5 star service thank you team.

Awesome place with great prices! Everyone there was super helpful and in a good mood for being slammed! They have a large variety of things. I'm glad I stopped here.

This was my go-to place up until my last visit when Aaron got my order wrong and I didn't notice until I had left the exit door I was in the lobby I hadn't gone outside of the building yet. When I pointed out the error he tried to blame me and refuse to correct the error and promised that he would give me a discount on my next trip. So when I went back on my next trip he again tried to blame me and said that I said it to him confusing that's why he got it wrong. I also pointed out that he has charged me for a strain that I didn't even purchase so he had an error on the receipt as well and he tried to deny that as well. Don't think I'll be re-visiting this place, it shouldn't be this hard to get what you pay for & there are too many choices in Pueblo to deal w poor customer service like this.

I went to this store thinking I had found a hidden gem,but it was really just a stone better left unturned! WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I purchased one of the 7 packs of 1 grams pre-rolls for $16. I chose the Afghani pre-rolls measuring in at 26.01%-29.9% *coughs* "bull crap!" TWO joints later I was stone sober😪 LUCKILY, I had stopped at STRAWBERRY FIELDS to try out their TRIM for $3.12 for 3.5gram I just had to try it. Let me tell you the TRIM was 10x better then the pre-rolls I purchased at Cannabis Depot. I called and spoke with a manager letter him know I'd be doing a review. All he said is he had people "coming in every day for these 7 pack deals" Well, let me tell you Sir if you were selling quality weed the people wouldn't be smoking SEVEN PER DAY! Damn the stuff I get would have me comatose if I smoked 7gram a day. AGAIN TO SUM IT UP DONT WASTE YOU TIME HERE GO TO STRAWBERRY FIELDS!!

Happened upon this gem a couple of years ago and have been a dedicated customer since. You can't beat the prices and selection. Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable and shopping here is always a wonderful experience. I highly recommend shopping here as you won't be disappointed.

Spoiler Alert: This is yet another business Ed Valentine is a Silent Cash Investor/Owner of. Anybody remember nice and easy owned by the Valentines? Just another of many other retail establishments, he has aquired but believes he's smarter by leaving his name out of them this time as damage control. Asked for a straight up sativa concentrate , they insisted what I purchased was....knowing well it was a hybrid. I felt they mustve knew more than I did so I trusted, Paid more than the local retail prices went home and instantly i was sedated. Came back to spend more money here for a straight up sativa concentrate again from another gentleman Who offered to help, with an interesting mustache. He Agreed all the concentrates labeled sativa, except for two strains were hybrids in reality. He begins to tell me that I will not find a straight up sativa in the store, and that he insisted he knew more than I did and touted his 19 years of experience, which is hard to believe for me he can't be much older Then that I hadn't even revealed. I had been there minutes before and purchased. The conversation was cordial until he took an attitude With me Stopped helping me and went and helped another customer I waited until I realized I don't care what this place has. I'm not going to be humiliated and treated that way by a neighboring business. Went to the parking lot and vetted his information, but he was incorrect I wouldn't have even mentioned it, but he went out of his way to sarcastically yell out to me as I walked out to have a nice day as a customer was speaking to him I suppose if you only need this for recreational use your OK but not a safe place for medical use First and last transaction

I wouldn’t go anywhere else . The budtenders know what I want as soon as I walk through the door . Great memories for a bunch of stoners. The rewards program is much appreciated. Every little bit help$ !! Would like to see stratos cosmo joints on sale .

One of my favorite places along 1-25 all the way thru Colorado. Very potent weeds. Solid prices. Be aware of the ATM machines though they don’t always work.

Everytime i make the drive here it is worth it. Not only do they have great prices but their buds are not super dry, also everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I recommend this place greatly.
