First time stepping here and immediately fell in love with the interior! Felt very high end and comfy. Doesn't look like an over the counter shop. The staff walked me through the products, they really know their stuff! I will be back!

For such a new store the staff proved to be informative and helpful. I have never been to a dispensary but to be a patient with a new card they have informed me about different strains.

This dispensary is one of the best I been to in Queens, The interior of the store is very beautiful and the staff were very lovely and accommodating.

For the average person it is way to expensive. NJ is ripping people off with these prices.

Fast and friendly. They’re too expensive even for NYC and don’t have a really wide selection but the few things I have gotten there (a boost and an aqua) have been very good. I can’t say much about the atmosphere because with COVID going on they’re pretty much just a desk wrapped in plastic. I’ll probably go back because I can walk there and it saves me subway fare, which at least cuts into the price difference.

This was my first experience at a dispensary after getting my medical card and the Botanist staff were incredible! They helped my find the right cannabis for my condition with ease, I got 35% off my whole order, and they threw in a free battery. The product has been great quality so far and the staff were very nice. I will be sure to visit again.

I have nothing but superlatives with which to describe the ambiance, personnel and products purveyed at the Queens, New York location. Both Pharmacists, aside from seemingly unlimited knowledge of their products, make me feel comfortable in asking any questions I might have. All of the folks who work there are remarkable in their willingness to go above and beyond to meet patient needs. In these times of pandemic, their delivery service is yet another way the staff accommodates its patients. I recommend 1000%. 🖖🚬

Exceptional customer service and the facility has fantastic decorations that makes getting my meds a whole experience. Cannabis distillate by the brand MATTER was clean and outstanding.Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic venue on a quiet street in Queens. You might not even known what it was from the street, but once inside you feel like you walked into a spa! The staff are all super nice, every single person greets you when you come through the doors. Plus they're all super knowledgeable. I had just gotten my certification from my doctor but couldn't figure out how to register with the NY State dept of health. They let me in and literally walked me through the final steps, then offered me a bunch of First Time Patient discounts, and talked me through all the various products available and what to expect!

I don’t know where Wylie went too. But this dispensary isn’t anything like that. Period.

I received a really warm welcome my first visit! The medicine that I received, both, a cartridge from their BOOST Vape Cartridge Line, and their Oral Tincture worked amazingly well for me! Now I just have to do my homework, by zeroing in on the proper BOOST Vape Cartridge for my needs. The prices are also great! My first time there, they happened to be having a Buy One, Get One Free, on the Oral Tincture, and that really really helped me out. The knowledge of the staff, the quality of the products, and the overall presentation of this place, earns it a definite A+ in my book!
