Friendly staff, very short wait time(sub 5 minutes was my longest wait). I've preordered and just showed up with about an equal result. Product is always coming in from several dispensary's, but sometimes flower can be dry or have some seeds. as of 1/22/21. fair pricing overall but need gov. assist. discount. would recommend overall

It was my first time here & enjoyed everything about it. I picked up Granpa's stash, Cherry Gar-Se-Ya, Orange Kush Cake, & Skunk Hero. I just enjoyed a little of Cherry Gar-Se-Ya it was tasty, love the smell & high. The others will be enjoyed at some point. The dispensary is very nice located in a cool old building- the Philipsburg Trust Company- the area it is located in seems very cool. The inside was nicely set up. The employees were outstanding, very friendly & professional. I dropped my wallet and the employee quickly returned it to me. Once buzzed in to the store area it was great. The budtenders were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish.

Love it here and the points program, however, their kind tree brand is always dry.

Workers were very nice and helpful, and for it being the second day it was open the service was very fast. This will definitely be my go to dispensary from now on.

Bad customer service. Tried to put in an online order which they gracefully were offering 15% off your first online order. Tried multiple times and failed. Called up and spoke to someone their who gave me his name and said that the website was having issues but if I wanted to go their in person they would honor the discount. Didnt happen. They told me "next time" when I mentioned the name of who I spoke to they literally ignored me....place Is beat. Typical Jersey dispensary. In it for the money.....

It's always a great experience. Clean as can be, helpful, polite staff and quick in and out or chat and ask questions. They are there for the customer.

I couldn’t say more positive things about my experience. It started when the very friendly and helpful receptionist called to let me know my card needed to be renewed. I decided to order my items online and found the website it very user friendly. My temperature was taking before my entry into the building, which is stunning ! Everyone was wearing masks and the place was incredibly clean and very inviting. Oh and the selection is great. ** If you go on your birthday you get 20% off your purchase

Visited The Apothecarium for the first time today and I will definitely be returning regularly! The staff were so friendly and very helpful. It’s a simple check in process and then only a short wait before you’re back with one of their specialists discussing various strains and their benefits, etc. They are still getting up and running as they have recently just opened so still working out a few kinks but nothing major. Overall smooth process, highly educated and friendly staff, high quality product, 100% would recommend to anyone and I will be returning soon!

My introductory visit was outstandingly informative. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and insightful. She listened to all my questions and concerns as a total newbie and took me through the products she felt would best serve me and gave me many choices. She showed me exactly where to go and who to talk to once in the purchase area. The other staff members were also well versed and very willing to help in any way. The security measures made me feel comfortable as well. Parking is very convenient right out front. Just be very careful crossing the street.

The staff are not very friendly upon entering. You need to show your card to be buzzed into the building which is kinda off putting. The prices are good and they have great Kind tree products. I would rather go to a place that was a bit more friendly if I am going to be spending $ $

A late Sunday afternoon online order was processed immediately. Double rewards points weekend, how could I not shop! 😂. As usual, everyone was cheerful and helpful. Clean, modern and efficient. I “highly” recommend Apothecarium Phillipsburg. Great staff and great product! 😉

2o min from my house and I am going to drive across NJ to get fresh flower. Everything i have ever bought there just crumbles in my grinder. Doesn't matter if it's little buds or natural cut. So close to my house and i can't support this place. Just subpar products.

I’ve been going here since they opened and they are fantastic. Quality products with the most diverse strains I’ve seen . Place is clean, well staffed, and exceedingly pleasant advisors and never a wait. I‘ve tried other dispensaries and these guys are the best. Want to wait 2-3 hours in line? Instead you’ll be in and out in a few minutes.
