THC Delivery

last two orders from THC Delivery convinced us to change our source. originally everything was ok, decent quality, great prices. then recently our 2nd last order never got scanned it eventually arrived but not without confusion and stress. their support department was nice and offered for us to tell them when we made a new so they could add some extra goodies to help make up for the trouble… THEN On the next order we saw that it was pending and at first we thought it was so they could add the extra goodies, then several days later we contacted support to ask why the order was taking so long and advise them this was the 2nd time in a row this has happened to us. but got NO REPLY we waited a couple more days then emailed again to tell them we were not happy and wanted our money back, they said there was a problem about which address the money got sent to and after we had to confirm where them money went we were told they would send and add some extra goodies So there we were giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking that they valued our patience in sticking with them… like chumps, So it eventually arrived (like 2 weeks after they took our money) and the first thing we checked out was that we didn’t get the one of strains we ordered. but at least they replaced it with something similar, ok no biggie. next thing we saw was the free “goodies”, (to make up for 2 orders being so stressful we considered to go to a different company), a 1gram baggie of Memosa, so we figured, only one gram?!? must be good if they don’t want us to leave, so we rolled it and… well… left just say it was probably on par with lawn clippings,, so this is how they value us as customers, we were very patient with them and made it clear we were concerned (for fair reasons) about our recent experience. Heck, we spent approx 500$ on those two orders alone, never mind what we bought from them before we started having this trouble and that is what they decided would keep us as customers,,, 1g of lawn clipping, the weed we bought was, ok. not bad, not great. certainly not good enough to make us order again. the 3 grams of shatter I bought was a major let down..(coincidentally the first time Ive gotten shatter from them) it LOOKS nice but might as well be candy. When I vape it in my dab rig it gives me no lift whatsoever, only a cough and raspy lungs.. That was our experience between roughly May till Aug 2020

I have had to cancel more orders through these guys than I do receive them. This place is simply the most ridiculous business I've ever seen. I swear they're TRYING to get shut down!? It doesn't matter when you order, don't expect to get it in a timely manner. I placed an order at 8:58a.m. they open at 9, I didn't get my order until after noon! The orders are almost NEVER correct, and ALWAYS old & dried out. The other day I ordered a little after 6 & eventually got it around 9 after my driver stopped off somewhere with her boyfriend to get high first! I obviously don't have any issues with bud, but when you allow it to interfere with work I do! JUST BECAUSE YOU SELL MARIJUANA DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE A DRUG DEALER & CAN ACT LIKE ONE! THIS IS A BUSINESS WITH TAXES & WE ARE CUSTOMERS!!! I honestly wish they would get shut down until after taking classes on how to run a proper business in a responsible manner! I literally was supposed to call back & speak to a manager and was supposed to get something for my trouble, but I placed an order over an hour ago with a request to speak with the manager and NOTHING!!! They don't pay the taxes, everything is out of date, dried out, and you WILL wait hours upon hours for your order, so if that sounds good to you then have fun. I am going elsewhere!

They delivered a bad batch of Drip•Oils and Extracts Brand. I didn’t notice until he drove off. This delivery cannot be trusted.

Delivery was great product is a fraud, especially since it is only medical customers. Like selling them fake high blood pressure meds instead of the real ones. They could refund me for my order including to to my original mop for defrauding me for my medicine.

I’m lazy and don’t have a license so I love leafy!! Delivers within an hour and the employees are always so nice!!

Absolutely terrible people working for this company! So rude. I needed help with payment due to their systems being messed up and they acted as if I was dumb when I tried to explain what they were saying was not working. They told me to use a different dispensary when I started to ask questions. Very sketchy to me. Is this even legit? Glad I couldn’t place my order due to this website most likely being a complete scam! DO NOT USE THE ONLINE DELIVERY
