Dude was just complaining nonstop about how many people were there to pickup weed. I'm sorry but you're info online says you close at 730? Don't be rude to everyone who shows up at 6 to pick up their weed. I know covid is happening but some of us are still working and don't get off til the evening. And again if you're actually closing early update your damn info online so people know.

I live in the neighborhood and while I don’t buy cannabis products often, when I do, tetra is my store. With everything going on with the corona virus, I’m now a more frequent customer. They have gone above and beyond to ensure safety while keeping stores open. TIP THESE PEOPLE WELL!!! They are at such high risk of getting sick so that Portland can keep getting high. CBD gummies are a huge comfort for me in these stressful times and I’m so grateful.

Really cool store that is very nice and clean without being pretentious (or overpriced).

I came in here knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. I had my hand on my wallet. Then I watched the employees wait on every man, including ones that came into the store after I did, and ignoring me. And this included a guy who just bought a $3 joint! So, I took my money and left. There are plenty of other dispensaries who don't ignore customers who are over 40 and are female. I've been to 7 dispensaries in the Portland area and have always had courteous service until now. Very disappointing to be treated as a less than desirable customer.

I don't like when a place will advertise one thing and deliver another... It's coming all too much with these weed shops.. so I call your ass!! And make sure u have a deal that's advertised. This place here .. it says up above that they will sell u a gram of consintrait for 8$ but if u go inside there right now u won't find nothing of that stuff because they dont control what goes up and down on there menus...

I enjoyed the customer service, there was no rush and I wasn’t feeling pressed to buy anything. I appreciated the atmosphere, which felt easy going and recreational- like the ideal neighborhood dispensary should be. I was helped by Nik, who gave much advice on different strains/products/promotions

Nice enough spot, but they don't keep their online menu updated, so it's frequently misleading. It's cost me a pointless trip a few times now. Seems like one has to call to confirm what they do or don't have.

I bought my first weed pen from here! They were so nice and helpful with helping me pick out the right strain, and I'll definitely be back again!

Tetra has kind, helpful employees and easy to follow menus. The displays and overall aesthetic are wonderful as well. I recommend Tetra to friends that are first time shoppers or visiting from out of town as it seems to cover all the bases. Better prices than other trendy dispensaries in the area :).

hands down the worst dispensary in portland i kept trying to go back because its close but all the budtenders are so rude, the selection and quality is terrible and they carry the same strains and products as other dispensaries but charge more.

Staff was super helpful, inside is very clean and well-stocked. And I got a free t-shirt with my purchase!

Beautiful shop with amazing people. I do wish you would list your THC/cbd % on here, I decide where to go based off the menu and would frequent your location far more often, if I knew what I was getting... Everything I have purchased has been amazing. Some med customers just need to know those numbers :) Wonderfully run little shop.

Great stock, they are hardly ever out of something. Great prices, usually slightly less than other shops with good deals. Great staff, they are knowledgeable and helpful.

First time picking up in the time of Covid. Super easy and simple. The whole transaction takes place where you show ID. And yes it does take some more time, but the world is weird right now—just relax everyone is doing their best.
