Tetra Cannabis - Troutdale

Sooooooo overpriced. I will never go here again. Charging $20 for Altered Alchemy? Do they know you are charging that much for their product? It goes for $10-12.50 EVERY other shop because that is what the company wants.. Tetra? These guys rip off the consumer and are disloyal to the brand moto. Shame on you. Looking over your menu, you sell NOTHING that isn't at least 30% cheaper anywhere else, if not a higher percentage. Was the location nice? Sure it was... It is not nice to feel like you are being ripped off just for wanting medication. Won't be back.

misleading listing 1/8th for 28.00 wedding cake you get it and its almost all shake!! frist time they have sold shake on their site with out saying shake. Also I would never pay 28.00 for shake !!

What I really like about this place is the staff is honest and gives good advice about their product. If they haven't tried a strain yet they'll tell you and not sell you. All the flower product I have tried has been good & if it wasn't super amazing the price reflected that (which is fair). Thanks for keeping it real!! Love This Location Of This Dispensary! My Visit As A Recreational Customer Was Swell. I Loved How Clean This Facility Was. Absolutely GREAT Parking As Well! The White Walls Added A Nice Touch On Aesthetics With Addition To The Stores Menu Being Displayed On Nice Elegant TV’s I Purchased Some Bobsled Live Resin Sauce. White Tahoe Cookies 🍪 👍🏻🔥. Smells And Looks Amazing. The Price Was Perfect Sense It Was A 10% Discount On Saturday. I Would Recommend Stoping Here, As I Will Be Back Again! 😁

Love the new location! Great selection of products and amazing budtenders. Chris helped me and was super knowledgeable and patient with me. I will definitely be making this my regular dispensary.

If you're going to offer pre-order for pickup, you should list the thc/cbd % It's odd that you offer pickup but don't take the time to list thc/cbd... Seems just kinda lazy.

Aweaome they had their menu updated in real time. My husband and I were probably one of the first customers to stop.in, we were out walking our dogs saw the sign and headed down the road. Love that it's only a handful of strains to choose from and not a monster wall and a half. Lol Made my order on line took it inside and the budtender,sorry didnt get your name :(. Helped me finish it and I was out the door in like 8minutes!!

I'm so stoked this dispensary is FINALLY open in Troutdale! As much as I love visiting the Gorge, it makes it so much better to know I can conveniently pick up a few pre-rolls right after a hike. Also, they have one of the best selections of any dispensary I've seen -- top-notch flower, pre-rolls, edibles, you name it. I will definitely be back again!

I would like to extend my thanks to Zack for helping me on multiple occasions on a busy weekend. He took the time to check several cartridges to see if they were in stock for me, gave me strain information and greeted me with a smile the next day when I came to pick up my medicine. Zack is a great budtender and I appreciate his patience. Also, thanks to Gabe and Kyler for helping put aside my medication. As an OMMP patient with some severe health issues, it's so nice to be treated like a VIP when I'm trying to get my medicine. This was great customer service all around. A special shout-out to Jake the Select rep for hooking me and my girlfriend up with shirts, batteries, pins and other great Select merchandise in gratitude for being loyal to their brand. Jake is incredibly knowledgeable about Select and their cartridges. This just added to an already great customer service experience. I have never been to Tetra before, but you can bet I'll be coming back. Please run more 25% off Select Cartridge days and you'll see me every week!

I really like this store for their edible gummies and other products. I had a strange experience today. I mispoke about wanting an indica based cartridge and it felt like I was getting told what for mispeaking. I know a lot about cannabis I grew up in Oregon. I am going on a trip and needed a cartridge. Their a little hard to make with your own cannabis if you have tried. The budtender made me feel very nervous after I asked for the LA cheese cartridge which it shows on the menu today but is not actually in the store. So after realizing they didn't have what was stated on the menu I needed to choose something else he kept berating me about indica is down and sativa is up and that I keep contradicting myself. Well you know what? People use cannabis to help with their anxiety and you my friend where the antithesis of that. I will be back for other products but please chill out a little bit if someone mispeaks. They might have anxiety and not like to talk to people in social settings.
