This location is a joke. They don’t have prices for a person to see how much you get for the money you pay. Plus everything is already prepackaged!! So again you don’t get to see what your purchasing !! Another bad part is that not everyone knows about the strands or cross breeding. The hours are terrible also. They say on line they close at 7:00pm. I arrived at 6:50pm all I got was “ oh sorry we close doors at 6:50p not 7pm. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Prices are way to high for the tiny bit of product you receive. Plus you don’t get to see what your buying as it is already prepackaged. The employees (some) are so clueless. I gave this place a chance and from that I would never recommend anyone to come here. Oh I almost forgot !! They give you these big oversized jars that cost close to $15 get rid of these high price containers!!Absolute waste of money,

It’s kind of nice but it has a long way to go as far as product, price , knowledge. Too many restrictions and not a good enough selection for Ohio residents.

I wish they'd list their prices online, like every other dispensary...online menu is rarely updated. Bring a lot of cash and be prepared to be surprised if you like to shop ahead and compare prices online.

the only thing i would make a complaint about is how they do their taxes, been to a few dispensers and here they tax u after your purchase the prices are not tax include like most places.

I like how they get you in and out quickly. I like their large variety. I love their helpful and friendly staff. What I would like to see change is more large quantities. With the 45/45 restrictions the way they are, the value product is in Ounce options as far as price and days go. I’m not looking to get cutesy. I am looking to treat my condition. Thanks for everything guys! Keep it up!

Very nice place. It operates like many other dispensaries (you order behind a counter). Pretty decent selection but not overly extensive. They have capsules that fit my needs. They definitely have a lot more loose leaf. The cool thing is they have an illuminated board that shows the strength, price, etc. This will be my place to go from now on.

They need to train their associates with some customer service skills No manners, condescending, offer gift cards for collecting points, never have the gift cards No accountability, The associate named Roman , really needs to be trained in how to treat customers Seriously lacking on services

This place is really great. The atmosphere was high end. As with most dispensaries we felt rushed through a bit.

Been to this dispensary about 10 times with no problem. Nice staff, good sales, etc. My last visit the seller forgot to add my purchase to my points account, mistakes happen. I've contacted them 3 times to fix, and add the points to my account, and still nothing. I always gave my transactions 5 stars but must give it 1 because of the lack of response. (Also, I know I sound like a Karen)
