Terrapin Care Station - E. Mississippi - Aurora

I went in here for years buying concentrates. An 8 pack every week. This day I went in here to grab my usual 8 pack and one of packages was empty after I got home. So, I called them and emailed them right away. The person on the phone told me “since I left the store, there was nothing they could do”.. after years of purchasing here apparently today was the day I decided 8 grams wasn’t enough but 9 was. So on good principle I obviously can’t shop here anymore, I am not a thief. When I left a review on Facebook they blocked me, pretty much this same review.. it’s just terrible customer service provided by Kenneth.

Sick of being shorted on my weights, specifically the 16ths, I've been shorted on multiple occasions, and very recently got shorted again .14g between 2 - 16ths... I really love coming here but if that's how things roll around there that's not cool at all, it's unethical.

First time at this location visiting from Wisconsin. Great prices and good quality for the price. Terrapin and this location always carry one of favorite strains - Glass Slipper. The discounts and specials are excellent. I recently tried Ugly Stepsister(A glass slipper pheno hybrid) and elphaba's bill which is excellent. Elphaba's Bill gave me a euphoric, uplifted high but with enough clarity and focus. Whenever I'm in Denver, Terrapin Station will always be on my list to visit.

Loved this place it wAs my first time going and I'm going to make it a regular stop now. I went today and I can't remember my bud tender name but she was wonderful and worked with me since I'm on a budget...

This shop is close by and great service and I love there Willie Nelson product.

I've came into Terripan several times now and on my first visit I wasn't pleased with the service just because I wasn't informed of extra charges when using a debit card. Kind of said fuck it just because my bank reimbursed me thanks to terripans bullshit! The second time I came in I was shorted about .5 grams. I was reading another guys review and he said he was shorted .14 out of all two eighths he purchased. And let's be real that's not a lot of weed but over time especially if you buy an ounce that will definitely add up! Just give folks what they paying for and don't be hesitant to inform folks!

Not to thrilled about this location, especially with all the hype. Waited nearly 10 minutes in the waiting room. Once inside, seemed pretty confusing. Looks exactly the same from left to right of store. They had a list with strains, but the one's we preferred had sold out. Nothing was Jarred up that i could see. Nothing was visible, without you asking to see every strain one by one. Not worth my drive for sure! Prices are not worth it to me. *OVERRATED*

Nice location. Much better than the Folsom St. Terrapin. Probably my favorite store and it has the cheapest edibles around. The only downside to Terrapin Care Station in general, at all the locations, is that they have way more Sativas than Indicas. With the exception of lavender their strains are almost always hybrid or sativa. Please provide more indicas and TCS would be the best by far.

The bud quality used to be better, it’s significantly decreased.

F#$& these guys! Terrapin Care moved to Pennsylvania and sold these stores to some clowns. I had been using TC for some 5 years now, for both quality and price. After the sale, they closed my branch on 33rd, I went to the Aurora outlet and talked with a manager about what to expect with the change. I was told the new owners would maintain grower relationships and continue to distribute the same product as the previous company. Pricing would be the same. NOPE! Went to order online from Terrapin Aurora (6th ave) today. Very, very few strains from the Original Terrapin Care, if any, are stocked. TC replaced the inventory with strains not previously experienced at OTC (unrecognized) and jacked the price! I will only assume any accumulated points from OTC will not transfer to TC as promised either. The fact that a 30 minute conversation resuted in only lies from management has left a foul taste in my mouth. I am in no mood to sample their existing menu in order to find replacements for strains I have relied on and enjoyed the last 5 years. This is the end of my relationship with Terrapin. I completely understand the issues involved with buying/maintaining/taking over a dispensary and retailers come and go in the Denver market. However, I am left deeply disappointed in this transition. Last thing I wanted to do was start over with a new dispensary and this is a waste of my time. Trying House Of Dankness today: Prices are superior to TC and they carry my go-to strain.

Great prices. So-so vibes. Limited selection. Felt like prison. Armed security at the door. Not like other dispensaries I’ve visited. Not the best for first timers.
