First time at any dispensary but have been reading reviews to decide which one to go to. Coming from NH I decided to drive past Lowell and go here due to positive reviews. Here’s my take:
Arrived at satellite lot and was pleasantly greeted by a very friendly shuttle driver already there and maybe 5 others to take the shuttle over, ride was about 4 minutes to dispensary.
Once there, there was zero line which was nice, they scan your ID and go inside. The whole buying experience felt rushed and empty to me. I do know indica sativa difference but not being able to even see or smell the flowers you’re buying for 50$+ tax is kinda lame. Limits were only one 1/8, 2 pre rolls and one cartridge per transaction. That’s what I got and it came to $145. Holy crap. That being said, the fruit punch flower was exceptional product. Vape cartridges being butane extracted left more to be desired but blue dream is a favorite indica so I grabbed one anyway. They maybe had 4 different flower you could buy, 4 different prerolls and 2 carts as options. Didn’t see any edibles, shatter, wax or anything else on the menu. I expected more options but I was happy with the products I did get. The prices are high but I’m hoping with time and more dispensaries opening that they come down. Overall good experience, it was really nice not having to wait in line. Shuttle and purchases back to car took maybe 20-25 minutes total. Will be back again.

Quick and easy parking and van ride - minimal waiting! Friendly and extremely knowledgeable budtender! Great selection to start - looking forward to no limits, more edibles, some tinctures and topicals! Will definitely be back!!

The freedom pens are harsh and very weak for advid smokers. Very few flower options to choose from and those that are available are often low THC % 16-19 %. Now that patriot care is open I won’t be back.

The menu here is not up-to-date. They waste your time with their online ordering that also doesn’t include everything that they have.

I went for the first time a few weeks ago, wait was a breeze. I was in and out so quickly it was great. Only downfall was the flower was extremely dry. I was assuming it was because the flower I purchased was tested on 3/15/18 - packaged on 9/6/18 and I purchased it on 2/18/19. Seemed like a long time to me but as it was my first time I didn’t know. It wasn’t until today when I returned that I realized it was because it was packaged incorrectly. The flower I received today is in exactly the same packaging but it is sealed at the top, then zip locked. The previous package was never sealed only zip locked. Clearly being only ziplocked and then sitting for 5 months after being packaged it’ll go stale. Very frustrating to pay such a high price and the packaging keeping the product fresh is faulty. Hopefully this new purchase will be fresher since it was tested, packaged and purchased all in the same month and it seems to be packaged correctly. Consistency is very important, and the lack of it is frustrating.

I've been to the Hudson location for recreational many times at this point. My other half hates the shuttle but I honestly don't care. It's no good for privacy purposes but again, doesn't bother me. Adds about 15-20 minutes all said and done to your trip so plan for that. Also, I was told at the parking lot that the lot doesn't allow more people in after 6:20pm (store closes at 7p) with last shuttle at 6:30 (granted this was at 6:35 and they let me in and I caught the shuttle). Just for planning purposes, don't leave it to last minute. Quality is top shelf. Their own brand of oils are moving away from coconut oil and to terpenes so that is great too. I don't buy their loose flower (too expensive) but the oils and other concentrates, occasionally the pre-rolls and gummies all great! Only suggestion - come on, embrace the fun! The inside is very clinical but they also serve medicinal patients so I get it... just think they could balance it a LITTLE bit.

The shuttle there is no problem. The process of going in and leaving makes you feel like a test subject of area 51. Not their fault most likely though. But it's a weird atmosphere. The buds themselves are good. The 8ths are fine. The buds are kinda moist side, so burn slow. Also tastes pretty good. But it feels like it's taste traded for quality. I personally don't like that, I want natural stuff not a bunch of weird sweeteners added at growing, and it's moist so you're getting less quality overall, but it is still good. THC content could be better, I could do it myself. It's about 19 when I went was the highest for flower and the average. 13 for pre rolls. Very limited choices. Not accurate to website pricing/strains etc. Overall average experience. The laws are a joke about how much you can buy Also how you have yo walk through multiple times to buy more.

I have been to several of the dispensaries in Massachusetts. Temescal is my favorite. I have been here at least 5 or 6 times. The staff are very friendly, the shuttle ride is no hassle at all and the drivers are informative.
I am old I guess as I only really buy flower lol the flower is typically good quality. potency varies by strain. some have been very low THC and THCA while others have been really high THC and THCA like Queen of Soul that came through, that is amazing.
I do keep a supply of Boveda packs to freshen and flower that may be a bit on the dry side however I don't usually get dry flower here.
@Temescal, if you monitor reviews, it would be helpful if you linked your menu items on Leafly with the strain pages from Leafly. If not that, some sort of marking on the menu to indicate what strains are sativa, indica, 50 50 hybrid, and leaning one way or another hybrid. when I search for the names of your strains on Leafly or google, I typically do not find them. I'm not sure if you are using your own names for strains or creating originals but some indication on the Leafly menu would be helpful.

Today was the second time I have been there and they didn’t have packaged pre rolls. I was given the same story, they are coming. Was disappointing seeing how it was all I needed today.

It's a great store with excellent products, and a simultaneously friendly and professional atmosphere. It's great to see more products being offered as time goes on and cartridges being in stock at a more reliable level.
That said, I have to voice a complaint about the stores service to customers at the end of the day especially on weekdays. They list "open" hours as being open until 7 with the lot closing at 6:30, and several times now I have arrived at 6:20 and have been turned away by the lot guards because "they said to close". It's just not a good way to do business and is very frustrating when you have people driving to the business during open hours and being told your closed.
Obviously it's a challenge with the whole lot/shuttle setup, but at the very least you should fix your listed hours because you are not truly open until 7pm for customers plain and simple. Perhaps you could get creative and do something like parking tickets for the final customers to drive up and not use the shuttle at the very tail end of the day if that is the issue, but irregardless, the listed hours just are not correct and you should at least be able to service the customers that arrive prior to the advertised lot closure time of 6:30.

Another poor experience with the Hudson location. By far the worst managed dispensary. Leafly though updated 35mins ago is for only recreational, which has been closed for almost 2 weeks?!? Their website is poorly designed and barley works. Their reeard program is constantly not working and it's a pain to get in and out of. With the new medical dispensary opening monthly, unless they drastically change their management, this dispensary will not make.

I’ve been going to Temescal Wellness weekly since they have opened. They are undoubtedly the best dispensary in this state. Once you add online orders you will take over. Even though you kind of already are with 3 locations. That being said, I’m disappointed that you have made only your highest volume THC strains available in quarter ounce only. So that means in order for someone to get a powerful strain they are forced to by the quarter. For over a year you never did that. I get it for revenue reasons but it’s a slap in the face to all customers especially us loyal ones. Seems a bit unethical as well. I’ve personally spent thousands of dollars at the Hudson Location and will continue to go back but I will be annoyed about this. The fact that I have to spend $95 to buy a powerful strain isn’t right and you’re intentionally doing this. You’re crushing the revenue anyway, no need to get greedy... this is all just starting out and there’s a long way to go. Don’t do irreversible damage now by costing customers to go elsewhere for higher strains at 8th’s. Soon there will be many other dispensaries and you won’t be able to take advantage of customers much longer. Oh, and get the parking thing squared away with already. You’re the only one left in the state with a shuttle service and it’s been over a year. Get going with online orders. Convenience is what will set you apart from other businesses alike. Thanks.

This was my third visit and I always leave a happy customer. I was waited on by Lily, she was so knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint is, I LOVED French king and banana split, it seems hard to get it again. I wish there was a way to preorder. I’ve often gotten to the front and then told what I wanted was sold out.

You guys are great,let me start there. Here are my only issues. 1. Price: I understand that in order to get quality product in a safe, welcoming, environment you pay a premium...however $70+$15 in tax for a .5 cart??? 2. Options: Please consider 1gram carts of the VSPR(which are high quality I really enjoy them). Here is an idea, maybe $50 for .5 and $100 for 1gram carts. Seems fair and still profitable for you guys. These are minor tweaks, I no longer enjoy smoking, only vaping. Your VSPR vapes are amazing. Please work with those guys to introduce new strains and quantity. That's my 2 cents anyways guys. Keep up the good work.

I was there on thursday..bought 2 1/8`s and a Cartridgefor Vape. The Tangy was very good and fresh and I like the Vape Cart as well. The other 1/8th Peanut butter Breath was Horrible. it is So dry to the touch that it just turns to dust..Very disappointed as I drove 70 miles to get there. Been there twice both visits were quick in and outwith great staff. Your Peanut Butter Breath strain is Horrible though. Concerned customer
