15% off today was a pretty good plus to my first time here unfortunately the people working this morning kind of sucked.. I came in at about 10 possibly 10:30 this AM.. no one even greeted me they just said “ID” and then the people behind the counter just talked amongst themselves and we’re showing each other stuff on their phones I’m not so sure I’ll be back to this location

Amazing products ,best prices around, plus some of the most helpful beautiful bud tenders in all of thurston county. All the staff is super knowledgeable unlike most shops I’ve been in. Great place to bring your furry friend to extremely pet friendly!!

This was my first time here. I came in with a buddy who shops here all the time. The staff was all super friendly with my friend and I and the products were pretty good too. I watched something with a manager that I would hope gets rectified because the way he talked to his employees was very disheartening and made me not want to go back. This manager freaked out over a small issue with the register and when I asked why he acted the way he did (because I was in shock he reacted the way he did) they said oh it’s fine he does that all the time. Now if it was my store I would not put someone like that in charge. He literally changed the atmosphere behind the sales counter and if he works everyday and “does that all the time” I don’t know why anyone would want to work for this man. He got so flustered over a small register issue which to me was shocking because I think there’s 3 or 4 other register stations in the store. I hope the owner gets to read this because that is not someone with manager material. Please do something or you’ll lose lots of customers to that manager. I have shopped at many stores in Thurston county and I really liked the set up of the store and most of the products but having an employee like that let alone someone who’s in charge will be the reason why I will chose another store to shop and sit in the car when my buddy wants to shop here. That was very uncool. I hope something is done to change this atmosphere for your customers and employees.
