Been going to this location for years! Ever since recreational this place has fallen off big time! They constantly post deals for products that they do not have in stock, and cannot ever seem to keep any popular products in stock either. They continuously change which products are a part of their everyday deals, and they have also changed the quality of their in-house concentrates. I have emailed corporate multiple times and spoken to multiple managers. Unfortunately it seems that they do not care to properly serve the community around them.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! On their app it’s says silver tier mix and match 1 ounce $65 go in store after ordering silver tier online to find out that specific silver tier doesn’t get discount! Online it says SILVER TIER it does not say specific silver tier!!! False advertising! Sad because I’ve been coming here since they started selling Rec this has never happened!!! All the managers usually honor the discount the girl tonight was not about to! She did offer lower percentage weed in silver tier as if the 16% I ordered wasn’t low enough anything lower then 16% may as well not even smoke! Also last two times I’ve ordered online and gone in to pick up they make me go to the back and stand in line. What’s the point of ordering online when you’re made to go to the back anyway?!?!

Slap in the face. Change the closing hours without notifying the customers.
Friendly staff and quick service. A price/quality tier for every patient is a great concept. I cook with my medicine so the $90 zips are great for that. My only suggestion is let's get the security guard outside an outdoor AC unit. It's way too hot out there for any person.

I was in there the other day , been going every week since I found them. I could honestly right an emotional review just on how wonderful the staff is. I've been to about a dozen or so other shops, however this is the first place I feel compelled to acknowledge for truly just being full of goodness from the entering the door, the score, and so much more!. They've got great meds, prices; and the staff is even greater. The other day after helping me out with an item, I jokingly said to Chris something along the lines of " its your place, you can do whatever you want; he looked at me and said " No, this place belongs to you, the patients". The coolest part is I could tell he meant it, he actually lifted my spirits on a day that I certainly needed it. The whole staff is awesome. just had to say thanks again to Chris.

Charging tax now and their online site doesn't account for it, was told I was wrong even after showing the manager the online receipt. Fix your online order system before demanding more money. If u bought something online say at Walmart or Best buy and they demanded more money when you went to pick it up you would be pissed, these guys keep screwing up I have given them several chances being a loyal customer since they opened but they are horrible at customer service

The flower is good from what I have tried there are no complaints there. But I do have a complaint because it was my first time going to this place and I did not realize that untill I got home. I had relized I had told the lady that i went yo one of there other stores but I actually did not. so i sent a email and it has been about a week with no reply still. The deal was for first time patients get buy one get one free on anything I had bought a 8th and was never given the free 8th of my choice becuse I acidrntly said I went to one of their other despensories when I did not this chould.of been checked in the system I do not appreciate this. I would.lime to get my free 8th as its promised to a first time patient of your store its not fair to me nonone has made any effort to get back in touch with me or to fix this situation. I would still continue to be a customer but only if they fix this misunderstanding.
My 5 stars will soon change to 0!
I understand Youngtown location is going from deli style to pre-packaged flower! I am begging the person responsible for this change, DONT DO IT! If it's not broken, DONT fix it. We love our "swell" just the way it is. I never buy anything without trying on or a car without a test drive! I don't want "tree trunks" in my meds! Why are you passing, what you should absorb, onto the patient! It's not right. We should be allowed to look and smell it prior to purchasing. This is the only place to buy deli-style and you will lose business if you change. I am an experienced prior business owner and I learned you must be consistent however, your business takes a lot of $ to own. Please understand the patients like me with m.s. and limited income, it's close to Sun City and I spend a lot of $ there! You may look into my account to see how much you will lose from one person who feels this way! (There are many people upset)
Again, please consider my request to continue the deli-style flower sales, as I also understand concerns of cross contamination from the restaurant business, your not selling chicken for cryin'out loud! J/K. Seriously, I am writing this for the entire waiting area as we discuss our disappointment.

The parking lot was dirty, the area looks shady at night. Felt like I was in line waiting for a new ride at Magic Mountain. Guy in a bullet proof vest trying his hardest to look serious.
It took longer then I though inside.
Waited in a line with maybe 10customers, and another10employees.
No sitting area. Just come in after security let’s you in, then wait in line to see a bud tender. I noticed they didn’t wipe the area down at registers between customers.
I was beginning to like that idea.
I’m vaccinated now, I don’t want to wear a mask. But businesses should still be diligent and continue to clean between customers.

Went in today only to find out they no longer honor Student or senior discount any longer. Sucks because it's close to home, staff is amazing. But....there are dispensary that still give the discount. Please bring it back I don't want to go somewhere else
