Just wanted to write a quick note on a flower I recently purchased from Swell; The Void. First off, Outstanding service and way to go with this recommendation guys. I think it was Tom?? who helped me. If your looking for something cerebral and uplifting then this strain is worth a try.

Curaleaf, fellas/ladies what are you doing??? The best part of Swell was the quality of buds, not strain specific but the quality of the buds that were grown, manicured and dispensed. It has been a few months and the quality has slipped. The buds are dense but dried/cured differently, they are becoming standard AZ dust buds in the grinder. O get it, the weather has changed and the air is very dry but this level of quality has never affected buds you are so famous for. I bought top shelf, I bought midshelf and I've never had these crispy buds. Please, please, please, please figure it out. I go out of my way to shop with you and I truly enjoy the people who work there and take care of us. DO BETTER!!!!! Thanks-og

What are you guys doing? Now we have to figure out how much tax is? Why did you change that. This place has really fallen off. Used to be my go to, but the rewards program is terrible, the $60 quarter specials seem to be gone. I haven't been for a while so I checked today thinking I'd maybe g stop back by but it's even worse now. You guys should read other dispensary specials and rewards and take some advice. This shop could be the best.

Good dispensary. They have good products and nice staff. If you haven’t been here yet I recommend you come on down!

Worst Curaleaf in the Phoenix valley. Bad service. Horrible information. Never going to stop here again. I never been to this location and the reception tried to say I been there and that I could not use my first time deal. Can’t believe they treat there patients this way. I walked out right away. Hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I give them no stars if I could. What kind of dispensary takes all their flower specials away during this time. No early bird no half ounce specials. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

I was in there the other day , been going every week since I found them. I could honestly right an emotional review just on how wonderful the staff is. I've been to about a dozen or so other shops, however this is the first place I feel compelled to acknowledge for truly just being full of goodness from the entering the door, the score, and so much more!. They've got great meds, prices; and the staff is even greater. The other day after helping me out with an item, I jokingly said to Chris something along the lines of " its your place, you can do whatever you want; he looked at me and said " No, this place belongs to you, the patients". The coolest part is I could tell he meant it, he actually lifted my spirits on a day that I certainly needed it. The whole staff is awesome. just had to say thanks again to Chris.

what a joke corporate greed raising prices again is so much better when it was swell never shop at curaleaf get the same product elsewhere cheaper.

My 5 stars will soon change to 0! I understand Youngtown location is going from deli style to pre-packaged flower! I am begging the person responsible for this change, DONT DO IT! If it's not broken, DONT fix it. We love our "swell" just the way it is. I never buy anything without trying on or a car without a test drive! I don't want "tree trunks" in my meds! Why are you passing, what you should absorb, onto the patient! It's not right. We should be allowed to look and smell it prior to purchasing. This is the only place to buy deli-style and you will lose business if you change. I am an experienced prior business owner and I learned you must be consistent however, your business takes a lot of $ to own. Please understand the patients like me with m.s. and limited income, it's close to Sun City and I spend a lot of $ there! You may look into my account to see how much you will lose from one person who feels this way! (There are many people upset) Again, please consider my request to continue the deli-style flower sales, as I also understand concerns of cross contamination from the restaurant business, your not selling chicken for cryin'out loud! been shopping here for years swell meds are very good but not a fan of the out sourced flower and small waiting area but besides id come back

My flower was dry

The parking lot was dirty, the area looks shady at night. Felt like I was in line waiting for a new ride at Magic Mountain. Guy in a bullet proof vest trying his hardest to look serious. It took longer then I though inside. Waited in a line with maybe 10customers, and another10employees. No sitting area. Just come in after security let’s you in, then wait in line to see a bud tender. I noticed they didn’t wipe the area down at registers between customers. I was beginning to like that idea. I’m vaccinated now, I don’t want to wear a mask. But businesses should still be diligent and continue to clean between customers.

Bad atmosphere, horrible service! All this place needs is prostitutes and pan handlers, and then they can change the name to young town ghetto!

Went in today only to find out they no longer honor Student or senior discount any longer. Sucks because it's close to home, staff is amazing. But....there are dispensary that still give the discount. Please bring it back I don't want to go somewhere else

Been going to this location for years! Ever since recreational this place has fallen off big time! They constantly post deals for products that they do not have in stock, and cannot ever seem to keep any popular products in stock either. They continuously change which products are a part of their everyday deals, and they have also changed the quality of their in-house concentrates. I have emailed corporate multiple times and spoken to multiple managers. Unfortunately it seems that they do not care to properly serve the community around them.

Awesome FTP deal. My budtender was super sweet . She helped me pick out the right Ediables for my needs. 5 pk pre roll deal is awesome !

this place is a great dispensary I really like their flower and their quality very personal people Unfortunately they lost my card one day but I'm still giving them a great review because they found it and made everything better and made me feel not so scared so I give him still 5 stars

Stopped by to get a cartridge and was a little disappointed after I left that i was putting it together wrong but they where able help me out ! Thanks swell
