Quick lil visit and 5 min wait at most with online order. Didn’t have item I wanted included in sale but was able to help me out rq at the front. Much appreciated!

Called in an order and received test that it was ready. But when I arrived I have to wait in line with walkins. 20 minute to a half hour. Why call in then. That’s fucked! I would think that by calling in and the order is ready these people should be given higher priority like other dispensaries in the valley. Worst customer service because of that reason. Otherwise all would be 5 stars. Lame!!!

Very frustrated medical customer. I purchased an entire Oz of trumed ice cream cake strain. Every single 1/8 is short only weighing in at 3.40grams or less? I feel like I got ripped off at $60 an 8th and $370 an Oz I would expect to get my products at the correct weights! This type of behavior is Inexcusable when it comes to medical marijuana. I purchased trumed products from curaleaf on camelback in phx. Waited in line in the heat for over 50 minutes 2 people passed out from heat an ambulance had to come. Horrible experience all around Curaleaf did ABSOLUTELY nothing to make up for any inconvenience to its medical customers. FAILURE on Curaleaf Az and Trumed Az!

1st review! Although prices are slightly higher here. It’s convenient and reliable. The only thing I hate about this place is when you pre order they still put you in the same line as everyone else which defeats the purpose of pre ordering... but perfect for a quick pick up

I haven’t been here in a while but due to the area it’s in the staff doesn’t know how to be respectful. It’s close so I come but my last few times here everyone was nasty like they hated work. You work around bud all day cheer up and earn your check smh.

I’m a regular here. The deals bring me in but the staff and products keep me coming. From explaining products in detail to complimenting my outfit that day. The whole staff makes me feel apart of what they got going on. Even the newbies are full of energy n keep u comfortable. Thank u for making my neighborhood dispensary my favorite dispensary. Curaleaf is the shit!!!

Cashier was not very friendly. Very dry communication and acknowledgment. Once purchase was complete he just handed me the bag without saying anything or making eye contact. Terrible customer service skills which made this purchase very unpleasant with it being my first time at this location. Don’t know what his problem was, but cashier #50362 made a bad impression as a curaleaf employee. Other than that, process went smoothly and good bud.

Great product and deals will be in again

Product was short on several occasions. Only by .3 off so far in the last lot. For the prices we’re paying on product and the crazy high taxes it’s always smart to put more rather than the allotment; you never go under. We’re paying for the allotment in this system so should always be on point with those numbers, maybe a little over to spread the marijuana love. Luckily Shango has offered about .5 of the “hook up sacks” back in the day so they’re still wrecking it; in a good way. Some of the better bud I’ve enjoyed purchasing was from here. Very nice staff who are efficient and put a smile on one’s face too. The new set up is pretty awesome but it has changed the vibe a little bit. A little less mom and pop and more commercial store now. Pros and cons.
