Called in an order and received test that it was ready. But when I arrived I have to wait in line with walkins. 20 minute to a half hour. Why call in then. That’s fucked! I would think that by calling in and the order is ready these people should be given higher priority like other dispensaries in the valley. Worst customer service because of that reason. Otherwise all would be 5 stars. Lame!!!

terribly congested parking lot, rude security guard, plus they blow your phone up with offers and then say the offers were a mistake and refuse to honor the very offer that made you drive all the way there. They sent me an offer and that same day they sent it, they told me it expired two months ago! Then why did you bother texting it to me!? So I could learn about some awesome deal I missed months ago? I will not be back. As many choices as we have, I'll stick to people who honor their word and don't blow up my phone with expired deals.

Hello everyone! Today I went to Curaleaf on camelback for the 1st time and OOOooh boy, was I happy! :). I had order a bunch of bud at the time I pre-order and came to change my mind. I had an AMAZING person helping me out throughout the entire process. Its gets even better, I got 20% off Mid-Shelf and High-shelf bud! I took advantage of it and got (H) kush Mints #9 3.5g strain was hybird 50/50 and the TCH was 24.33%. I also got F-Mac 7 3.5g-H-PR and the TCH was 19.89%. And Finally, I got TOP KIEF (H) blend 1g and wow, that was like putting the cherry on top! Overall I spent less than hundred bucks and I got some bomb ass bud at a bomb ass price! This was the first time I’d used this dispensary. I made a online order for an 1/8th of starlord and 14g of Ak 1999 but what I actually got was the star lord and then $44 worth of lil pre rolls of AK 99. I didn’t realize that I’d gotten the wrong stuff until I was back at my car. I was already late for work so I couldn’t go back. I ended up keeping everything and I will say that what I got was really good tho. That being said,it wasn’t what I ordered or what I’d buy myself so I was really disappointed with my experience here. I know things happen and the bud was good but I probably won’t be back just because getting what you ordered is kinda important and it definitely made an imprint on my day overall.

I came here to order some Mac Batter (H) and was charged $60. I opened it when I got home and the sticker on the product felt to thick. So I took the first sticker off of what seemed to be the product I had purchased but it ended up being Gelato 41 Bacio batter (H) which was the original printed sticker on it. Which apparently is cheaper then what I had paid for. And since there are no return allowed I might as well write a review and say how disappointed I am with the labeling because it’s making feel like this batch was left over and they wanted to get rid of it and sell it for a higher price then what it actually is and that I’m not getting the quality of what I purchased to begin with. The THC levels are different and I just feel like I’m not getting my moneys worth and that they probably do this to all left over concentrates to get rid of them. It’s already expensive to begin with if you don’t have a medical card and In comparison I feel like I scammed into buying Reggie instead of hydro.

I had a very pleasurable experience mostly due to my budtender Ray. I originally placed an online order for 3 .500mg Echo carts that were on sale. Ray recommended a different special from Select and I essentially got an extra .500mg cart for about $5. A caring recommendation from a great budtender whom I will request to see again! Thanks Ray!

So today was my birthday and I thought why not go to multiple dispensaries and rate them on the pro's? I went to 12 locations and asked the same questions of each. CuraLeaf gave me a free 1 gram preroll with no sales pitch, just a Happy Birthday wish!Offers a 20% Vet discount but offers no referral incentive or 1st time customer spiff. Some other places do even less and if Im gonna spend money somewhere I appreciate not being treated like an income source only. CuraLeaf gets a C grade in my birthday experience, go there, spend your money there, but only on your birthday.

Please change your website due to false advertising a echo battery picture on your website shows battery and a charger in fact you are selling a battery without a charger! Have to make another purchase elsewhere for a charger that may or may not work so in a sense you are selling a one shot battery vape pen

1st review! Although prices are slightly higher here. It’s convenient and reliable. The only thing I hate about this place is when you pre order they still put you in the same line as everyone else which defeats the purpose of pre ordering... but perfect for a quick pick up
