SWC Prescott (Med)

Location is very convenient. Would like to see flowers not pre-packaged and higher THC strains for the PSC program.

I drove two hours just for them to tell me that they don't do their first time patient deal anymore. I called on the phone and their specials still said it. BOGO 1/4 ounce. Best they could do for me was a shitty preroll.

They sell me super dried out flower every time I go in there

The dispensary is very clean and nice inside. Plenty of room. Now, the flower is hands down the worst I’ve had at any dispensary and worse than the street flower I used to have to get. If they could bring in GOOD flower it’d be a great lil shop. I’m tired of always driving to PV

Wow, after a change in ownership, this place has gone down hill. Not only are they now closed on Sundays, they also do not open until 12 pm. Very short on bud tenders so long waits and the tenders are not friendly nor knowledgeable. I purchase a 5 pack of pre roll and there was no strain listed, just Sativa. Sure wish the dispensary in Prescott Valley carried Baked Brothers.

I call them (when my limit is reset) everyday until I get the "yes we do have those available today" but as of late there must be a miscommunication between the desk and the budtenders. See I have to drive 19 miles in order to get there and twice now they've flat out lied about having my medicine through my pre-wasting $10 in gas phone call. To pay 225 maybe 190 if you're lucky for a single ounce is almost insulting. I'm a grower and last season ended very badly for our farm. I'm trying to get through this winter without the insomia and pain, so to be lied to about the availability of my product is very stressful. I waste too much gas on this place as it is, even my product hurts my wallet in comparison to the grow-op prices. All in all they need better communication to preserve the stress levels of their patients. Unfortunately now I feel the need to question quite extensively through my phone calls as to make sure im not wasting an hour of my time and $10 in gas money. Thanks for the oustandingly stressful service!

This place is either run by little people on stilts or regular-sized people with really skinny legs but either way they're great!

Every dispensary I have been to, taxes are included in price listed on the menu, I got a 55 dollar pkg and by the time I pd with Debit card at the register I got charged 66 bucks, no warning given by the tender. Just charged like I used their freaking ATM. Prices are high also

I think it's a pretty laid back place ...I enjoy the workers and the prices...

I'm a regular at this location and recommend it highly over the other dispensaries in the surrounding areas. The staff are amazing and the product is great!

The only thing I did like was that their bud was great for the price. Now the only reason I’m giving this place a two star rating is because the budtender I had make my experience awkward and unpleasant. He is the older gentleman that wears the tie dye. He just seemed to have an attitude from the second I told him I was a FTP. I asked him how he liked one of the strains and he literally looked at me like I was dumb and just says in a condescending tone “ Um I don’t know, people say they like it.” And laughs. Then just seemed annoyed the rest of the time. I don’t know about anyone else but I prefer a bud tender that knows the product they’re selling, as I don’t want to waste my hard earned money on bud that I’m taking a gamble on being low quality or not because the bud tender has no first hand knowledge. The gamble paid off at least and the bud was great bud still was a very awkward experience that made me not want to return.

I absolutely love this place! Best priced 100mg edibles I've been able to find in Arizona in over 10 years! I seriously wish I had been coming here longer because I could have saved a bit of money. Nowhere have I found wild 100mg edibles for $8! Nowhere. Up in flagstaff you'd be luck to get edibles for $13. But this place really values their customers and doesn't charge crazy prices just because they can, and I really respect that. The staff are always so kind and knowledgeable. And they're actually very welll staffed! I get out in about 15 minutes because they have so many people working here. It's honestly amazing! All in all, I wish I came here from Flagstaff when I was living there, but especially if you're in the prescott area, this is the place you want to go to.

Stopped in today while in Prescott, our first visit..Totally Unimpressive, Disappointing & Just Another Arizona Dispensary really. Need I say more? I placed a medical pickup order when I got to the store it had incorrect items in it that were not on my order. when I drew his attention to this. He went to go look for the item and then said that they don't have that item in their system.It was vapen gummies. The bud tender then told me he didn't like my attitude and grinned. After I paid for my items, I asked to speak with a manager politely. He told me to go out front and wait. So I did. The manager came out, and she was courteous and apologetic and assured me that this would be passed along to her GM.

1 hour wait for a medical patient? That seems like some bs especially when I pay $350 for a card only to have to wait in an hour line here at SWC. Very disappointed this is how medical patients are treated.

SWC has had the same flower strains listed for the last 8 months. And if you do pick up their gear, it's dry and clearly old. Prescott, Arizona deserves a LOT better than SWC provides. Between the hours, lack of selection, and poor quality, it's hard to want to go back there.

I came in for a visit on 3/3/21 specifically for some shatter, so I decided on Hoolah Shatter, except I was disappointed when I found out it was actually more like the consistency of a sugar. I love and appreciate y’all, the amazing service I receive every time I come keeps me coming back.
