The store is clean and inviting with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their products are my absolute go-to’s (ReviveAM & Relief Pure Reserve Oil in vape cartridges). I’ve been “self-medicating” for 20+ years, so my review comes from a lot of experience.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. This is a great dispensary for someone who is new to medical cannabis and needs guidance. I however, am not new to medical cannabis but I very much enjoy their vape pens. The only problem for me is that they run out of stock very quickly and that can be frustrating.

Horrible thier product suck

Small, over priced, diluted oils, and not knowledgeable, I read these reviews below.... obviously they have never been to a dispensary before and it was their “first experience ever” they obviously haven’t made it to the other dispensary’s products yet lmao.... so with this being said, use that first time 20% get a relax oil, or “reserve” oil and compare it to another dispensary’s oil(truclear) and tell me who has “real meds” not trying to shame these people but..... they are wayyyy over priced for quality of product, I feel like their syringe should be priced 35-40 not 70+ we are supposed to be “patients” who don’t have insurance to cover cost of “meds” and were supposed to come up with 70+ per week for oil?

The staff was amazing!

I truly enjoy every visit to the Pensacola location. The staff is friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable. The new express check in procedures have made a noticeable difference with the already short wait times. Sometimes I barely have a chance to sit down before my order is ready! I am looking forward to seeing the different flower strains advertised on their product menus, but until then I've been happily impressed with their new FLOAT line and the Drift/Hover concentrates they have begun offering. 10/10 would return, especially thanks to Lynsey, Laiah and Lewis

I walked in the door And immediately loved the inside, but the only thing that I didn't like. I was in there for 30 minutes and I know I watched at least 10 people walk in-and-out before I got my product. After checking a few times I finally left with no product and I'm not impressed with your store at all in Pensacola. That's the 2nd sutera store I've been in in a week and walked out with no product needless to say I will never go back there again and I would never never send anyone to those stores. It's funny I left the store at 11:20 on Friday and I got to the car and my phone had a message at 11:05. My product was ready but it's funny at 11:20 no 1 could wait on me and there was no one else in the store but me.

Surterra is hands down the best dispensary in Florida. Their employees are knowledgeable and very kind. They treat you like family there.

Best staff and product

Their (Pensacola) storefront vibe is the perfect backdrop, especially for their Coral Reefer line. They have really helped me establish an actual treatment plan! Thanks, Lewis

First visit picked up flower and distillate syringe. I explicitly asked if the distillate terpenes were botanical or cannabis derived. I was told cannabis but by simply reading the package you can see that is incorrect. The flower was tillamook strawberry, good taste but not very potent. 2 distillate syringe. One is going to be returned. The other that was sold incorrectly taste like burnt popcorn.

The entire staff from Amber to Harley, Hannah, Lorenzo, Lewis, and even India were so helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a dispensary that is clean, fair priced, and will remember your name then there is NO WHERE ELSE to go! After living in Denver for 7 years i didn't think i would find a place down here that would match selection and knowledge. But i found it!!! Thank yall

I LOVE your concentrates but for the past 3 weeks there has been no new variety. If I hear myaka native or Tillamook strawberry one more time I will just go vidacann which sucks cause I don't want to, but suterra is leaving me no other choice.

Great Service Good Selection Good Quality and Price

Didn’t honor coupon , stated it wasn’t their fault Dr passed out . I let them know it is their responsibility to put expirations on coupons or collect them. Everyone else honored the first time customer deals.

great atmosphere and Friendly staff

Staff are super nice and informative, also have great literature. No flower, and low thc carts . It's a great place for mild stuff or for your grandparents to shop not being mean just honest.

Hello everyone, I would just like to point out how wonderful this place of business is. The whole staff is nice, they greet you as soon as you walk through the door and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is amazing, no negative energy when you walk in. I had the pleasure of being help by Ms. Angela my first visit and she was such a great help. She explained everything to T and made sure I left there with a smile on my face. My second time visiting, I had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Nancy, she also made sure I was taken care of when I came through the door. They seen that I ordered from out of town and had no issue with making sure to fix the problem and I was still able to leave with the strain I ordered. I would definitely recommend this place of business to anyone. I’ll be there again soon. Thanks guys
