The online site, the phone customer service and the employees don’t know anything. There was ONE guy there that was nice at least. They were out of majority of the pens for delivery, then told me to go to local store and they were out of even more. They have little to no product & wont divulge real lab reports, their strains and/or type of plants they use and also don’t mention indica or sativa. The quality is not bad though, for price too. Just 3 stars for quality and 1 star for service. 2 stars for atmosphere, the Orlando store is a mess they don’t know what is in stock and dude disappeared for “no lie” 15 minutes the tiny stock room & then told me the nighttime CBD is best for the daytime omg he almost knocked me out Zzz.

It felt like I was in an Apple Store, sort of. In a good way. This was my first time buying legal tree so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. Everybody was really kind and friendly and helpful. I think Kristine was the name of the girl who helped me — she was very knowledgeable and easy to chat with, which was important since I had to give her a quick history of my depression & alcoholism so she knew what I was looking for.

Horrible experience for sub-par weed. First, when I arrived at the store a fight had broken out and this is not the first time I’ve seen this here over the same reason. Pick up orders have to sit, wait and watch as walk ins come in and get their orders filled in 5 minutes. It’s okay since it’s usually the least popular dispensary in Orlando and usually empty... Fight guy gets kicked out, let’s move on. I also have a pick up order and I wait another 40 mins as three more walk-in’s come in and get their orders filled before mine. I still give them a break since they just had a fight in the lobby and everyone is a little tense. After all this wait, they tell me to come up and that my order is $120. I tell them i used a coupon in their website and show them an email with my receipt for $84, to be picked up today. They tell me the special was over yesterday. I tell them look at my receipt, I order last night at 9pm, it says 4 items for $84, to be picked up in 24hrs. Very clear!!!! I also explained my drive, ATM, 40 min wait and fight in the lobby and the manager said there was nothing she could for me, that it was an IT issue and she would talk to corporate. So after wasting 3 hours of my day, I decided to give them a 3rd chance to make it right and call corporate and tell them my story. They admit it was their mistake but that there is nothing they will do for all my wasted time. Still no effort to retain a good client, who for 3 years shopped at their store only because it was next to one of my businesses, and once again was willing to have subpar product only because it’s usually the most empty store in Orlando.Never coming back, goodbye suckterra!

Stopped by to take advantage of their new patient deals and was very impressed with the super friendly staff and atmosphere. I picked up 2 concentrate syringes and a Zen vape pen for $80 with their "first order" discount. I was skeptical of their $25 dollar pens, but I was wrong, they will be great for travel and on the go. The Zen blend is a great mild high with a ok taste, perfect for daytime activities. I vaped the "Relief" concentrate in an empty ccell cartidge. Nice taste, and it had me stuck to the couch. Very nice effects, great for movies and sleep! I plan on cooking with the remaining oil soon. I am pleased with my first visit and the product quality. I do hope for a South OBT location soon.

I have been a Cannabis Patient for a few months trying out many dispensaries. However, The quality of product fell significantly at one of my favorite dispensaries. So I thought I would give Surterra a chance. Upon arriving I was greeted by the staff who were very warm and charming. They treated me professionaly and asked what brought me in today and what symptoms we were trying to treat. Upon checking out (Which was super easy) i drove home and tried the "Tilamook Strawberry" Pre-Rolls and Black Jack Whole Flower. Both of them smoked extremely well, they were tasteful, and most importantly it worked. Surterra's Quality of Product is beyond that of any other Florida Dispensary I have been to.

I love Surterra! The Orlando smells so clean and I love how friendly and kind the staff are. I always feel welcomed and cared about.

Place is ok. Reminded me of an Apple store. Everyone was friendly but like, too friendly haha. Anyways I would buy from here again. Got an awesome first time discount.

Please stop shopping with medmen. They are not a company for the American people, they are intervening in our politics with their vertical integration legalization ballot measures to keep marijuana illegal to grow and sell by anyone other than dispensaries, making a monopoly on marijuana. This is not good to your inalienable right to grow a plant and use it as medicine

Finding the parking lot can be tricky. But they are amazing. Wish they would have more units around Orlando.

Great product(s) however, their “recommended dosage” is a stretch for the amount of product. I’m sure it wouldn’t kill them to sell a gram cheaper than the guys down the road.
