Great place. I got soothe and zen and they both are awesome. My only question is what strains make these up. I’ll ask when I go back for sure.

This location is close to home, close to my job and a lifesaver!

First time visited. Place was super clean. You are met with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. They really take all stress out of getting your medicine.

I love Surterra. The Deltona location is always so clean and welcoming. Every single one of the staff is so kind and knowledgeable.

I did not like that I had to place my order with the front desk where everyone in the room could hear what I was ordering and spending on product. Very much disliked this part of my experience. However, staff is extremely nice no complaints. Just not a fan of how the setup is.

Almost all the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. Love their patches but not the wintergreen smell. Clean, modern location.

I wish they would continue the text notification for the delivery. without it, its kinda hard to make sure they have new products, without having to check leafly everytime

Need to feel better getting educated while smiling, the crew has it down to a science making your stay a pleasure.

CUSTOMER WARNING -**WEIGH UR WEED AT THE STORE ** WITH UR OWN SCALE!!** First 2 times no prob but I pick up a 3rd time & they shorted me on one of em. I got 3 diff ground strains 2 we're good but one was obviously shorted, so I weigh it out to make sure n they shorted me half g. Might not sound like a lot but when u have PTSD on fixed low income that's a lot, that's my medical prescription they're acting like a shady plug with. They'll smile to ur face n do u dirty. Doubt I'll go back unless I'm weighing before I pay for anything

this is my favorite store the problem is that you do not have flour and they do not have rosin or I would shop here exclusively.

I loved the customer care team Karina, did a wonderful job at making me feel welcome and made the experience less daunting for a first timer.

I was very confused about the discounts. I'm 67vyears old have several medical conditions. Also a very low fixed income. The MM in Florida is not as potent as it is in California, so trying to afford this extremely valuable resource for my Treatment that helps me so much I can't afford?

Location is good, but the prices are not and on the big downside they do their own formulations so you never know what strain or strains are used and even worse they don't sell flower. I think they are way overpriced and personally I doubt that I will be back, but please check them out and draw you own conclusion.
