Surterra Wellness - Bonita Springs

Great atmosphere nice employees. The only complaint I had us about their pre-filled vape pens under their brand name. I found them weak and harsh. The Florida's finest brand that they grow it's really good though.

I love this place, specifically the Bonita location. Recently had a factory issue with a vape pen and Wayne and Jessica were both so completely awesome and not only fixed the problem but made it better. I always shop here because I love the atmosphere (feels more like a day spa than a dispensary), the location is close to my mother's house, the staff is outstandingly attentive and friendly, and I always feel welcomed and taken care of. These people know me. My ONLY complaint (and this is minor) is that they don't have a Compassionate Care discount or frequent sales. But their rewards program is really awesome better than anyone else's, and their vape pens are cheap, so it sort of balances out.

Surterra is my favorite! I really appreciate you always uploading what’s in stock on leafly. The flower has really improved in quality. Thank you to the amazing bud tenders at this location for telling me I can place a pick up order by calling the customer care number to reserve flower. I am always in and out fast, get what I want and don’t have to deal with any stress like I have in the past at some of the competitors. Highly recommend you check them out!!

I’m loving the new endless summer disposable vapes. Also, the shatter and crumble selections are satisfying. The ground flower is great for a pax or tabletop vape.

Unfortunately, I have to give Surterra a negative review. The staff was very nice and no complaint there. I purchased three disposable Surterra pens in Aug. 2019. Recently, one of the pens failed with visible product still in the cartridge . Surterra staff identified it to be a bad battery. I learned from this experience that Surterra will not totally back up a defective product. I was informed that the battery is designed to last 6 months. My pen was approximately a tad over 3 months old, and informed that after 3 months Surterra will not be responsible for any product defect whatsoever. All that being said, I was never informed of any of this criteria, at the time of purchase. After all, Surterra dispensary was recommended by my physician as the best place to obtain medical cannabis. In all fairness I did not expect a full replacement cartridge. However, IMO they should offer ( at minimum) a discount for a replacement. So, A word to the wise “Buyer beware”!!!!

I gave this dispensary a try when my normal go to dispensary was out of the products I needed. I am so glad I did because now its my favorite dispensary!! Everyone I’ve interacted has been very nice and very helpful. You can tell they enjoy working there and it comes through with the service. Surterra has been doing awesome sales lately and have been adding a lot of new interesting products. I highly suggest you try them out ( ps - they are the fastest in town when it comes to pick up orders!)

The budtender named Brad at the Bonita store is one of your best employees. He is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and goes the extra yard for you.
