Supurb Delivery

Love it. great delivery service, prices are low and plenty of locations to choose from in the tempe/phx area

didn't know this existed! need my meds but had no way of getting to the dispensary without ubering which would cost me more $$. definitely the smarter way to go!

BEFORE REC, they had options!!!! NOW, the only place I can get to even pop up is in sunnyslope... I live near arcadia.? lol. It says on leafly they have a BUNCH of locations... LIIIIESSSSS. (I'd post the screenshots... but there is no option to.)

Second time using superb and super disappointed To be at home sick and place an order only to find out 4 hours later when all the other delivery services are closed that I can place another order tomorrow. Super unprofessional in making me wait a day for my medicine. Will never use or suggest this company to anyone in need of actually getting their medicine same day.

What great costumer service! I had an issue while singing up so I gave them a call. The guy who answered the phone, Dillon i believe, Was able to help we out in jsut a few minutes and I had my meds within an hour and a half without dealing with traffic!

Rejected order once again and I ordered it almost three hours before delivery closing time. Nobody to reach for service no reply from anyone no heads up. I don't know how you guys continue to conduct business this way.

My first initial contact is asking a simple question through their system and so far it's been hours and I haven't heard a word. How on Earth is anybody supposed to trust a system that doesn't even get back to you when you ask a simple question? They show various dispensaries to choose from and all I am curious about is will it cost me more if it's farther away from my house because I see something I like better at a dispensary farther away from my house? Also, is a tip absolutely required? Well they left me hanging on the answers and I see now they leave numerous people hanging for their medicine for hours and even cancel the entire order.. SMH

Set up an account for my elderly mother, she is able to order now on her own when she needs to. So great.

Really great service! Recently broke my leg and this service has come through big time. Drivers are super curious and friendly. Highly recommend!!

On Friday I have received my delivery order that I made through Supurb, but it looks like the order is incorrect, all items were substituted. I would like to understand what happened and why Stiiizy BOGO offer wasn't honored. Please see attached screenshots of The Flower Shop receipt (what I received - 4 grams total) and Supurb receipt (what I actually ordered - 6 grams total). Were all items substituted because I allowed substitutions? Also I expected a BOGO offer for Stiiizy pods, but it was not applied. Please contact me regarding this. Kindest regards, Ian Sagan.

Ordered 2 times recently. I received confirmation but nothing else. Ended up calling the dispensary since I couldn't reach anyone at subperb. Dipensary was nice. Done with delivery service...or lack of

I am appalled by their gross lack of concern for their patients. I ordered prior to 6pm, and yet sit here over 2 hours later, waiting for a delivery of much needed medicine that will never come. I could have ordered from a more reliable service/ dispensary had I known they would just completely disregard my order. Shame on me. This is not the first time Supurb/ Health for Life have done this to me. Neither could care less about customer service.

Customer service is great. Shannon is always prompt with responses and very helpful. I recommend Superb to anyone who is like me and would much rather use a delivery service to avoid lines and save some time throughout the day.

zach and Trey are my usual bud buddies. They are awesome. They always are polite and cheerful. They also ALWAYS make it right if theres a mistake... which doesnt happen often at all! Very impressed still.

i tried supurb acouple months ago and had to order more to reach free delivery but since then theyve added muv dispensary which has 30% muv stuff (crumble half gram = $10.50 DELIVERED!!) on mondays.... pretty cheap for the quality and convenience. GLAD I CAME BACK!
