I've been to several dispensary locations in central and eastern ohio this is by far the best so far. Great selection of products and pricing . I will definitely return to do business at this location.

Each visit I am impressed by the knowledge of the staff. They are able to listen to my symptoms and recommend which product would best suit my needs. Each member of their team is approachable, very easy to speak with and a wealth of information. The facility is clean and professional, with many display cases that you are able to see products before purchase. I would highly recommend CY+ to anyone seeking quality product and a team of professionals to assist you along the way.

Today was only my second trip to this location. The location is very easy to get to and find with g.p.s. so if you are not from the area (like myself and most others that live nowhere near a dispensary) you dont have to worry about it being a hard to find location. As far as the product, well its top shelf weed,edibles,tinctures so on and so on. Which is why for me the best thing about their location is the staff. Sure anyone could just buy some pricey bud but most don't know all of the benefits and drawbacks depending on what you are there for. On both visits the men and women are incredibly well versed on their products. Personally I'm their for pain and serious insomnia. Was lucky that the first visit hit the nail on the head with pain but missed the sleep target completely. Today the employee pulled up what I bought last time and when down each one how it worked and so on. We got to the strain I bought for sleep and could only muster a eh. After a short convo he explained why it didn't work for me and recomended another one. After looking it up I would be lying if I told you I wasn't waiting for bed time to get here. Anyway bottom line, good knowledgeable and friendly staff. The building is clean and welcoming. The product is good once you get zeroed in on what is going to work best for you.

Always had great, friendly, knowledgeable budtenders. Getting into the service area had always been a quick, simple, but thorough process as well.

This was my first and last time shopping at Sunnyside. I usually go to Ohio Valley Natural Relief but I wanted to try a tincture that OVNR doesn't carry. Big mistake. The staff at Sunnyside was polite but when I tried the product that evening, it didn't seem to be very potent at all. I had to take 8x my usual dosage. It also tasted strange. I was examining the bottle and noticed the expiration date was 8/7. I purchased the tincture on 7/29. I reached out to Sunnyside's support online and the woman I emailed was great. She apologized for my experience and contacted Wintersville to reach out to me and resolve the situation. Wintersville did reach out but the woman I spoke to, while polite, did not seem to listen to what I was saying at all. I told her about the lack of potency and the expiration date and she basically just said sorry, I can't do anything. Do yourself a favor and go to Ohio Valley Natural Relief. The staff is amazing and their product quality is top notch.

Sunnyside is my go to dispensary! Knowledgeable, friendly & amazing staff. The environment is welcoming & the sales are amazing!
