The staff is very nice, the line can get crazy but it's totally worth it, more if you are visiting downtown or going to a game in wrigleyville.

Well let me say this it was this brand but I shopped in Fulton and a little more expensive but still worth every penny very hard hitting and smooths out so nice I can draw very deep breaths when I smoke and can control the cough till later when I can let it out by far better than anything I can or ever have had in my opinion very top shelf I would pay a hundred if I was really dead set on getting it
Alot of the disposables and carts start to malfunction before being entirely finished. Have reached out to customer service about 2 incidents before and never hear back

First time at this location (normally got to Elmwood Park 👍🏽) but as usual nice and helpful staff off the top. A great variety with a few unbeatable prices. It was a nice and easy detour from my normal ride home but I’m glad I stopped. Currently high in the shower writing this. ☁️ 💨 🚿 ✌🏽

I’ve shopped here quite a few times and have always found it to be a really pleasant shopping experience. On this last visit, Anthony G really stepped it up. He had some great recommendations and even gave my boyfriend and I journals to help keep track of how we like different strains. Will definitely keep coming back and hopefully run into Anthony again!

I like the ease of the store. Got in line, talked to a salesperson and got want I wanted. I like the the products were on a iPad and they explained everything thoroughly

Rude and unhelpful upper level management. Their 1% rewards program is garbage.spend $1 get 1 point. 40 points =$1 After admitting to my $80+ in points "disappearing due to a glitch and we are working on it", nothing has been done. It's been months and I received a $10 off coupon "for my trouble" which is not applicable to any other sales or and is not even close to value of $80 in rewards points.
2 months later and after 3 separate purchases which should have generated new rewards points, and my balance still shows "0" LOL
So you're either not taking your customers nor your record keeping seriously - which is bad - or your system and workforce can't handle/recover from even the slightest glitch in the system- which is also bad. What's next?

Fantastic dispensary in River North. I've been driving up to Lincoln Park and because I was happy with my dispensary and wasn't looking for a change. On a whim I looked for something close and I found Sunnyside!
If you're new to cannabis - or just want to talk to someone with expert knowledge - look for Ernest. He knows his stuff and is super kind. Also, Sofia at the register was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for those looking to enjoy the wonderful gift that this plant produces.

NOT ENOUGH STAFF/LONG LINES
I have been coming to this dispensary since 2021 when customers first had to queue up at the Hubbard Inn. Starting a little over a year ago, I have noticed that on MOST occasions, the line to purchase is ridiculously long with usually only two people working the counter. When I walked in on Sunday (May 26) at approximately 6pm, the line was back to the refrigerated beverages, there were 2 people working behind the counter and one handling walk ins, but there were no walk ins. I commented about this to security and was told it is ALWAYS like this. So my question is, if it is always like this, WHY are there not more people working behind the counter?? If this is a high rush time, I would expect the business to have staff to accommodate. I spoke to Nick, the manager on duty and he said he has to give breaks and that this is why there is only two at the counter... and that there are more people working. WHERE????? Obviously not at the counter. Also, during the time I was there, while the line was still long, he pulled one of the people behind the counter to text someone. BAD CALL! Get the line done first. Also, if your staff is saying it is always BUSY at this time, Sunday (6-8pm) I would expect that management would plan breaks around busy time, hire more team members to accommodate the ever growing number of customers, etc. The day before Lollapalooza last year, I came to the dispensary at 4pm and although I was expecting it to take some time, there were again only 2 people working!!!!! The line was all the way to the door! The dispensary should have been fully staffed before Chicago's biggest music festival of the year. This is unacceptable and truly not the way to run a business.
I really hope to see some changes at this dispensary or I will take my business elsewhere.

Security was professional and courteous. The young lady that checked me in was very knowledgeable, took time to explain and recommend different products. This Surely Temple is a banger.

I’ve been able to watch this site grow and evolve as they moved into a new space. The new space is still in progress but is so wonderful. I always get the best customer service, particularly from Michaia who shows me literally every cool accessory that I’ve never seen before. I am so happy to call this space my neighborhood dispensary and am excited to see what else is in store!

My wife and I had the VERY best experience at the Chicago - River North store! Aria, TJ and Isa were beyond helpful! My wife has a medical license in Pennsylvania and dispensaries here are good but the customer service provided by these three outstanding representatives of Sunnyside was beyond expectations. Sunnyside is lucky to have them on the team!! Their product knowledge allowed us to make a very informed decision about what will help her chronic spine pain. Trust me, if you ever want to get a serious education about the benefits of a specific strains they know their stuff. Just for the record.....Jack Herer has been a God send for my wife and helps "take the edge off" during breakthrough pain situations. Great folks!!!!
