Visiting here from Portland Oregon. Visiting Syracuse actually... Looked this place up. You poor cannabis users in New York!!!! You are all getting ripped off so so so badly. It's insane how much this place charges. Anyone that reads this, take a second and change your location to Portland OR and take a look at couple menus... You're being ripped off here in New York.

I currently visited sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary - Mohawk Valley . I was not happy about information given to me by employee. The employee I engaged with did not have that much knowledge of products I wanted. Was not helpful with the product I Purchased. Lots of missed communication from the employee and ended up purchasing the wrong product. Very unhappy with service and being misguided.

I had a bad experience while purchasing some products at Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary. The pharmacist was trying to recommend product that was over price and not necessary for my self. Pharmacist was not looking after my well being overall. I would not recommend this place.

The Staff at Remedy are beautiful, kind, and very caring. They were patient when I was not, knowledgeable, answered question after question, helped me do the computer process to get my card, held my hand when the process went off the rails, and helped me get a balanced prescription plan that is tailored to the needs of my conditions. Jason especially deserves commendation - his kindness, patience, and friendly care made the difficulties of the process so much easier. In this world, there are not to many who go above and beyond to help others - Jason is an example of not only a beautiful employee but a beautiful kind soul whose wisdom, knowledge, and sense of humor not only helped in the difficulties of the process but led to a feeling of trust that is so very important in the healing process. The Pharmacist also is a very knowledgable and kind person. Her plan was very sensible and it works!!! First night out, the pain was so much better I was able to walk in my apartment without agonizing pain. Thank you all so very much -- I would recommend you and the product most highly. Customer service is impeccable. Great environment and prices. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my medical cannabis needs! Delivery is a plus! Just wish the radius was a little bit bigger.

This was my 1st time great place little bit high on the prices other then that this place is wonderful

The store doesn’t look like much from the outside but upon entering was pleased with the environment. A nice clean dispensary with a staff that was patient as it was my first time visiting a dispensary. The staff was very knowledgeable and I left happy with a little bit of everything to try!

The products from Pharmacan could be more potent as they seem less potent than products from other distributors/dispensaries. The products have additive whereas some others do not. I hope they are able to start selling products from Etain which has all organic products and the potency is there. Great sore though and the service is amazing. If you have a lower tolerance I would say this is the place to go . first shop in the Utica NY area so its a big winner in my book.

I went in with my temporary card image expecting a hassle, but the staff were all so understanding and efficient and I was cleared within a couples minutes. Then someone sat down with me, asked a few questions and gave me a rundown, showed me some narrowed down options, and answered every question easily. I came out of there with clean, high quality weed and a giant sense of relief. No more street weed for me

Staff is very helpful and friendly each time I've been there. Quality is good, prices are kind of high but they do have deals especially for 1st time customers. it is also the closest shop in my area.

I’m completely new to the world of cannabis, like zero idea on what is what and what it does I just wanted something without tons of side effects for my MS and migraines and a friend recommend I consider cannabis. After getting my card I did the research and this place stuck out for the good reviews and decent pricing. When I went I was nervous TBH but the girl I worked with on my first visit was very friendly, knowledgeable and did not make me feel stupid at all for asking questions. I’ve only been 2x but I drive almost an hour to go here cause the ratings were better than than the 2 rather close to me and I have not been disappointed. Everyone is very friendly, the space is very clean and very comfortable, and comes across very professional with the focus on the medical aspect (nothing wrong with recreational at all but this place knows it’s market is medical right now and presents as such). Also located in a safe area with plenty of parking and open 7 days a week which can be hard to find. Would def recommend and will continue to come here.
