really awful track record of BAIT N SWITCH, illegal ad tactics now add rude service, too. here's the math= `0 orders placed. 3 times i left w/ nothing , 3 times they had my order and all was ok, 3 times now they have tried to sell me something i do not want and will not sell my original order because they never had it to begin with(BAIT-N-SWITCH). wow, 1 time i complained, today, and they tell me i cannot replace my now "out of stock order" with something expensive, only if it is more (EXTORTIION) Because i asked a question about the pricing ? WOW, too bad cause they are so close to my home, oh well, good bye Cresco labs. ALSO, THEIR MUSCLE HEAD MGR IS A COWARD, totally unprofessional and juvenile

Too many technical difficulties. Several times I showed up after receiving the pick up email saying my order was ready and I was turned away at the door because they say their system isn't working. They have plenty of ways of contacting their customers, there is no excuse for not being notified of the technical issue and to not come in yet. FYI: If Sunnyside ever wastes your time like this, Enlightened is 5 minutes away on Golf Rd with similar prices, they will be more than happy to have you.

So it is beyond me how this happend. But i purchased several items. I get home and the Rythm container sealed! Is completely empty. Only thing in this container is the reminisce of what perhaps use to be in the container. I have nothing to gain here. Not only have I not had a return phone call. But it's one of them issues. Where you really only want to open this in the saftey of home. So how do you prove it? Will never go back. They can keep the money obviously.

Nice experience for my first time here. Luke, was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be going back.

This is my favorite shop in the burbs area. If you visit, try and go a bit after opening - there's usually ALWAYS a line. The cool thing, people seem to be nervous to line up...so if you get there early and no one is in line get up there ASAP.

Location is great, always clean and affordable prices for the market. Customer service was phenomenal as always, Gabe C was extremely knowledgeable and broke down the menu to help me find the perfect strain. Will definitely visit again.

Location is in very busy area. But beautiful. Sounds like a gym in there. Echos very loudly, with masks hard to hear . Awesome product and very organized. Nice place all in all.

Out of all the dispensaries in the area, this one runs the smoothest. I love all the employees I’ve encountered. Super friendly vibe without being cheesy. Alissa snuck me through as her last customer today. Even though she was hustling she still made great conversation and was rad. She’s exactly why I come to this place.

Everything about my Sunnyside visits have been on the Sunny side! The facility is immaculately clean, the staff are pleasant, and the process from ordering through pickup is smooth. It's nice to be a customer at a place where the employees seem to be happy to be at work (I hope they are!). Nick was super friendly helping me checkout with my Sunshine shake and the whole place gives off a vibe that makes me want to work there too.

Placed an order online which was confirmed. When I got to Sunnyside to pick up my order I was given a total amount due, which was quite higher than what was advertised on the website. I asked to speak to a manager Who said that the pricing I received from the Leafly app was wrong and that Leafly doesn't have sunny sides, permission to list or advertise their products. At this Point an associate who was not waiting on me to use profanity and asked me why I was making such a big deal and it quit being a shithead about it. I asked for his name he refused to give it to me. I asked the manager to provide me his name, he refused to give it to me. I asked the manager for corporate number. He refused to give it to me, I will never go back to this place. I will tell anyone and everyone that I know not to go to this place and although it may not make a dent in their business at least I know their assholes and Dan have to put up with their BS.

Placed an online order due to this place having a discount and I wanted to try them (I’ve tried all other places near this one) very very very disappointed. Got there the price was way higher than the online prices AND they weren’t even generous enough to try and fix it even after showing them the app. Everywhere else if something gets messed up I’ve always had help getting it figured out even if it’s a small 5% discount so this was extremely upsetting.

I don't like how you can't see what you buy, Im Weed Connoisseur, I was looking for some premium tree when I saw an previous strain that I indulged while I was in, California, "Orange Pie". The rule of thumb it when you usually spend fifty-bucks on some Ganja suppose to be some premium tree, not with this visit RHTHM ORANGE PIE has some good branding but that Orange pie is not it, that cannabis looked like some snicklefrits, anything with pie in its usually some gas, not this time.its was dry an broke down like dust. I would love turn back an give that ish right back to em. you can't be selling pie kush an its not that.

The prices are astronomical. It’s weed not gold. Nice people but it always boils down to money and quality. Your quality is not that great and your prices are a total deal breaker. I get better weed for a quarter of the price I blame Illinois taxes but I also blame you for price gouging.

I was racially profiled here at this store this morning and I suffer from PTSD Sezuires and was taunted at the register and yelled at by staff which lead me to have a pani attack and leave the store please do not waste ur Money here and this store needs a whole new staff line that takes pride in there job and helping those like me with mental health and medical issues !!!

This place rocks!! The store was clean and welcoming. Definitely able to handle lots of customers. Had a great selection. The product is great so far. Great highs! Kim helped me and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She definitely made the experience for me! Go see her, you'll be glad you did.

I placed an order online for $18 product with taxes it was $24 on my order confirmation . I drove 30 minutes to get there and they want to charge me $9 additional for some other BS charges. So they wanted me to pay $33 for an $18 product. Told them I don’t want it and left. The bud tender and the guy next to him were very rude as was the security guard on my way out. No wonder the place was empty. Never go here they are dishonest and rude.

Lots of parking, big, well lit facility. Maria helped me out A+ customer service. And the daily veterans and discount is a plus.

Very clean, organized and everyone is very friendly and personable. HIGHLY recommend this dispensary.

I love everything about this place. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful! It’s unfortunate that cannabis tax is crazy expensive otherwise i would be there every other day! Great people great weed!! The last two guys who helped me were Kevin and Gabe, thanks guys!!!

Kelly and Liz are outstanding!! Kelly pointed me in the direction of a few products I may enjoy, and Liz noticed a small overcharge I had and corrected it promptly! Will definitely be back
