Sunnyside would not honor your online price and tried charging me full price to which I refused to pay. This was unprofessional and they did nothing to resolve the matter appropriately

love the ease of online ordering & pick up. Tax estimate is accurate, I bring first time shoppers here because they have people off to the side to help with newbies / inquisitive people to help answer product questions & order as well. If you know what you want a head of time, you can head straight to the checkout. The atmosphere is huge & clean. The staff is always friendly & knowledgeable when I come in. It's a very inclusive location. :)

The online ordering makes everything so easy - you can do your research before ordering if you’re a newbie. Vin was very friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with the welcome and the service I received.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the friendliest host. Super easy to order online! Amazing selection, very clean and professional, very fast! Never as busy as other dispensaries I've been too. I'm kinda new to this whole thing but Sunnyside made me feel welcome, comfortable, and almost like family! A HUGE thank you to Jimmy who helped me out with my gummies today! Jimmy's the man! He'll start talking to you like you've been his long-time friend! I left the store with a BIG smile today. This is my home-store now!!!

I've been purchasing from Sunnyside Naperville for a few months now and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I love the clean/ organized retail space, easy access location, and most of all the team members! This dispensary runs more efficiently than others I've experienced in the area. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and naturally persuasive. I would like to name a few of the friendly and helpful team members I have encountered... Brian, Brandon, Stephen and Derek. Thank you for making my experience positive and safe!

Angelica has helped me several times, she is so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I had some questions I’d been embarrassed to ask, and she made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. Everyone who works here is awesome.

I’d say I regularly shop at this Sunnyside and I love everyone that works there. However there’s this one guy (I believe his name is Vinny?) who every time I am in there I can just tell he’s miserable. He never would have a smile on his face when the employees weren’t required to wear masks. If he was at the front checking ID’s or working a register, he was always very short with responses with a lot of sighs. Today was one of those days where nothing was different. I’m waiting in line, dreading seeing that he might be helping me with my order, sure enough he was. His groans and shortness with small talk came to no surprise. Instead of handing me back my ID and change he threw it on the counter. I felt very rushed by him. My order for some reason didn’t come with a bag?He also had his mask so low that his mouth was exposed. Normally I don’t say anything, but I have a family member at home who has recently been diagnosed as being immune compromised.

Loved the experience I had today. The staff are super friendly and personable! Bill was helpful in picking out my concentrate, convinced me to spice up my purchase! A beautiful dispensary, can’t wait to visit again

First time in a dispensary and Don at the Naperville location was amazing, upbeat, and a overall funny dude. Will Definitely be visiting again!!

Brandon and Angelica were amazing in getting me all the Bedford Grow Gummies that I couldn't find anywhere else. I'm a medical patient but was searching for those particular gummies, so I went to Sunnyside for the first time (Sunnyside Naperville is Adult Use only and I know I just paid JB his extra tax for my favorite gummies lol). I'm sorry I'm only writing this now because I visited a couple months ago, but life happened. :/ Since I'm also good to my word, and Brandon told me they don't accept tips....just reviews: This is for the Naperville location in front of Wal-Mart (by the way, brilliant idea, to get cannabis more acceptable and convenient in society by putting it between a Costco, gym and a Wal-Mart!) Well, I was impressed at the beautiful store/displays, friendly budtenders who will make sure you are satisfied before leaving (of course Bedford Grow products always satisfy me). What can I say...I had an amazing experience there, and will be back when my med dispensary doesn't have exactly the product I want for sure. They had a huge inventory too, not just edibles. You can order on line to make a reservation for your products within state limits for recreational, or order on one of their in store iPads that are probably being carried around by sweethearts like Angelica (don't lose her!!) Cash only and I think they accept debit right at the registers too, but didn't pay enough attention since I paid cash myself. Love this place and wish they could be another MED dispensary option in Naperville. Thanks guys for helping me be a better mommy! :)

Jack and Sara are the best!!! Jack didn't even wait on me and always say hey! Jack's the same at all times. Majority people are fake, very inconsiderate. Sara is also a great worker, she's the same, no matter where she is in the store she speaks to me. Always genuine and going above the duty. Rare to have genuine workers!! While I am on a roll!! I believe her name is Jessica the manager. Knocks it out of the ballpark!! She has helped me save. I spend a lot so, that helps when I come up!! Santa will definitely be coming down the chimney at Sunnyside!!!

Really smooth transaction. Being in a strip mall group of stores makes the entire experience feel so much more legitimate. The dispensaries located in the industrial sections of town have a much more seedy feel. The selection of accessories is nice to see getting ready to check out too. Nice pleasant clean place.

My first time here tonight and this place is MILES AND MILES above the Rockford location. (Left a review of my wonderful exp. at that location) Do yourself a favor skip the headache goto this location fast,clean and friendly was in and out in under 10 mins

First time in this place ordered pineapple express shake 7gs . I must say very disappointing for my first visit people were great so nice place . I get I ordered shake as I have from other dispensaries but I didn't order powder which is what I got . Other dispos give grounded shake perfect for rolling Jay's ,this was literally powder highly disappointed !!! At least the budtender was breathtakingly beautiful .

I had an account we havegpne back n fourth on getting my points for purchases in the pastIve spent at least 2000 $ But never received any points and I’ll give them my phone number at the register that doesn’t seem to work either. I had an account I went to sign in. It said you had no Account available to me. I signed in same email new password hopefully that will do the trick I’m not sure if you can track my previous purchases by my phone number or my drivers license number but I hope everything works this time. Thank you. Any help would be appreciated.

I ordered online some sativa shake was ready for pick up right away the place is much nicer then some of the other Local shops
