I came in looking for concentrates, waited 15 minutes in an empty shop and nobody came out to help me. Then after a lady finally came to take my order, they went to the back and didn’t come back for another 15 minutes. I was supposed to get a buy one get one 50% off. When they returned they didn’t have any of the concentrates that I had ordered and said they didn’t actually have the discount. After downgrading my order they went to the back for another 15 minutes and came back with everything packaged up. When I was paying they told me they didn’t have the stuff that I ordered again! On top of that, they said the live resin batter I ordered was now sugar and still charged me the same price. When I got home, all of the concentrates were rock hard and not fresh at all.

The first thing is it takes 10 minutes to even get help which should be unacceptable. Then when I tried signing up and get the 30% off they said I couldn’t cause I am an out of state resident but I have lived here for 4 years for school and I am very upset about this. Also when I received my product honestly every single cartridge I taste is tasting like burnt ash. I hate this store and the products and will not be coming back any time soon

Excellent Welcome as entering. Fast friendly service, and order was ready in 10 minutes. Definitely a new Dispensary to become my favorite.

They're so kind here and love when i bring my dog in. I'd give more stars if i could for the atmosphere. Lil expensive tho.

I have been coming here for a few years, but after today's visit I'm thinking I'm going to have to start going elsewhere. Every time I place an order, I double triple check that all of my information is correct. For whatever reason, their computer system changes the information to my husband's name. I explain every time I go in and usually people just give me my order, since it's a system issue, not a me issue. I ask how it can be fixed every visit but no one ever has an answer for me. I was helped by the tall blonde wearing a mask today and she couldn't care less about my problem. She acted like I was bothering her by trying to have the issue fixed. She told me l'd have to have my husband pick up my orders, despite the fact that I place them under MY name. I placed the order. I paid for it. My husband has absolutely nothing to do with MY orders. She refused to look at my phone for proof and brushed me off, acting like she was doing me a favor for letting me have my prepaid product today. I gave up trying to have any resolution for next time and left. I don't understand why I'm being treated like I'm an idiot who doesn't know how to properly place an order online, all because of a computer system error that doesn't have anything to do with me. I come here for help with my anxiety, and the customer service makes me feel horrible. This wasn't the first time someone talked down to me about my order, but today sure was the breaking point. So unfortunately unless this issue can be fixed and your employees learn how to actually help customers, I will have to start spending elsewhere

Cool little spot. Even the security lady was really nice! I rarely wait longer than 5 minutes; in and out the door. More cash registers and a couple more chairs wouldn't suck I guess, if I'm being picky. This is my favorite dispensary in Tempe by faaaaaarrrrrrrrr.

I have gone thru the Drive Thru multiple times, after placing online orders, 45 minutes in advance. My order has never been ready. Tonight, I made an error with my online order. The "clerk" decided to flag my account, suggesting I have lied about my online issues. She was rude, and failed to actively listen, producing the wrong product. Ultimately, I went to a competitor, Cookies, where I know I will be treated kindly. I will happily drive a further distance to avoid terrible service.

1st time buyer I was told get a free pre roll n 30 percent off. I’m happy but come to find out pre roll is only for out of state people not myself who lives down the street repeat customer. So 1st n last time I come here. Plus I waited 10 mins just to get checked in n there were only 3 of us in line. N 30 percent was on 1 brand only n still woulda been expensive. My bud tender didn’t know about strain that would help with pain. Always expensive n not worth it. I been to better places with better product for better price. Overrated

I go to this Sunday goods at least once a week for the last 9 months. I like how close it is to my house and I liked that orders got done fast. HOWEVER, I went last Wednesday and when the card reader was given to me I noticed that the guy in the drive thru put in his own tip without giving me the option. An extra $15 for himself to put pre-packaged flower in another bag. I never ask for a receipt, so I am not sure how often this happens, but I now wish I had. Usually it gives me the option to select it but I know a couple occasions where it was ready to pay. It makes me sick to think they're stealing money and I will not be going back unfortunately.

Decent cannabis I wish there was more of a bigger selection and could see it before purchase but its been great so far. I love going here tho cause the girl with the pink/black hair is such a sweetheart and has amazing customer service! Never get rid of her and pay her well she runs the drive thru exceptionally always patient and kind which is very rare to see these days!!

I went in and ordered 2 pre rolls at a discounted $9.60 price equaling $25.98. Their debit card system was down and said they’d waive $2 credit towards the order if you used their ATM. I used the ATM and let the person know when checking out. The ATM charged a $4 fee to use. When I got my change ($10.65) I was confused. I was Charged $29.35 on top of the $4 ATM fee. Totaling $33.35 on an order that should have been $23.98 since I paid cash and should have had a $2 credit applied
