Pdersonally I love this clinic and am honored to make the first post, this clinic deserves to be noticed and recognized for their chill yet professional atmosphere, outstanding service, high quality buds, slabs, and anything else you could ever want. Definitely well worth checking out I consider it to be the top clinic in the valley.

Nice installation, crew seems all high n in a rushed besides all too young repeating same thing to everyone. Ive called three times for availability with no success. If they will bring DP I wouldn't mind pay couple extra bucks as they are expensier than others near by locations. Overall felt I was in a factory, next!, next!, next! besides de young pal was STOOOONED! jeez!

TERRIBLE customer service. Purchased a flower and they gave me the wrong one. When I went to return (unopened with receipt) they refused to honor it. All they were willing to do was give a coupon for their mistake. Would never do business with them again. AVOID.

Great customer service

I thought this location was very convenient, I live in Simi Valley. I was helped out by a Gal name Kim, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Strain gave me nothing but good vibes. The prices are worth the product. I am glad I came by today, I got 15% off on my edibles. I will be coming back and hopefully to be helped out by Kim again.

This was my first time going to a dispensary and it couldn’t have been a better experience! I don’t know much about marijuana and Kim like the Pink Power Ranger (its a good thing she told me that to remember her name by otherwise I’d have forgotten) really helped educate me and inform me on all the different products. I have very general knowledge of marijuana products and she took the time to get me settled In! For all first timers this is a definite great location.

My go-to favorite place!!! Quality medicine. Cool staff. Just went in and Sal was working, which is always a blessing because he's patient, helpful, intelligent and an all around genuine human being. What's amazing is he remembers which strain of medicine I got my previous times coming in, which shows he actually pays close attention to each patient and listens to them. It's bud tenders like him that keep me coming back!!!

This is THE place to go for ALL your medication needs! Sal gives such great info about any questions you have. He is patient and ALWAYS finds the perfect strain for your condition. The closing manager Cory….absolutely rather close up shop then fill an online order placed earlier in the day! It didn’t matter I was a C7 Quadriplegic who depends on herb to control my spasms and pain so I can sleep. Also, I’ve been a customer for years here!!! I called at 7:52pm and spoke with Jess who ask what car I was in then said that it would take a few mins to see who could bring out my order. Literally at 8:01pm, Cory (or Kory who said he was Closing manager) come out to my van and said “It’s to late to bring your order out!” Total DICK move and was only done so he could leave! Well, they say customer service is key…and now I know that Quadriplegics and Para’s are not welcome around closing! I now will post on FB as well as telling my Northridge Spinal Cord Injury support group to go elsewhere…oh, and they will! (Northridge Hospital SCI group on FB, that way the owner know) Sure I will have a full night of unbearable spasms and pain…but at least Cory got to leave right at 8pm. Thanks Strain!!! Fairly new to the MM scene and this was my 3rd shop and now my favorite. 4 stars on atmosphere due to the place is a tad overboard for the newbie due to the volume and safety measures, glad I had my referrer there. For those first time MM's take a buddy that's familiar with the processes. Thanks to Jamie this is now my home base.

check your purchase, the budtender that helped me on 8/7 around 1pm put 3.6 on the canister, when I got home and weighed it out it was 3.2 DO NOT TRUST.

This is my go to shop in the valley. Driving from Ventura it's the best one around! And I've been to most in Sfv and LA. The wait can sometimes be a bit long during peak hours. Great specials on Shatter and Flower, just went in today. A bud tender named Sal helped my selection of Shatter and always makes me feel welcome. Very good looking women in there,😂. The flower selection is on point👍🏼 nice fat Nuggets. Recommend the Saturn Og or anything tin man oil. 30$ cap on 1/8ths.

The best and my go-to. Top quality meds, great prices, knowledgeable 'tenders-what more do you need? Well worth the drive from Ventura Cty.

First time to this place and wasn’t disappointed at all, friendly staff, fantastic products, and good vibes all around. Also, Bianca was terrific and so kind, very helpful, and that girl knows her stuff and super cute☺️. Will be back again for more goodies!

I frequent this collective on a weekly basis. They have the best selection in town, by far, no matter what your donation range. The have a large, knowledgeable staff that can help provide you with the proper care and medicine you need. May be overwhelming on your first visit, but you won't be sorry you stopped by!

This place has bad customer service... Their weed is dry usually and costs more than other places.

So normally I try not to leave negative reviews but since this is the FOURTH time I've ordered online, had the order confirmed, then when I show up suddenly they don't have it. That's really annoying for someone that lives in a dry city and must make a long trip to pick up. They don't even bother to call you and let you know ahead of time.
