love this place, usually have no problems with the budtenders.. all but one, she makes me super anxious whenever I get her because I feel like im being rushed on my decision & doesn't take the time to explain certain flower strains to me. This time because of the lack of help, I got some disappointing flower..

i was a bit skeptical at first, feeling super ancient and all cause this was my first time walking into a dispensary, but then realized how attentive and supportive the team is at The Phoenix dispensary. Very knowledgeable about the differences between the strains, the absolute effortless ability to make me feel welcomed and offered me amazing deals on the cartridges and pre-rolls. I was smooth sailing afterwards and would highly recommend this amazeballs place! the team groovy af any day :)

Their service is always fast and friendly, I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes, all of my questions are always answered thoroughly and the sales can’t be beat!

Looks like this place changed over to Story, first off they no longer take debit cards but do have an atm onsite at a three dollar fee. Staff is very helpful and friendly, products are of good quality. Prices are okay and they have a decent rewards program. Will see down the road is the change in name is for the better or worst.

I am a frequent customer to this location. The staff is always helpful and happy the quality of the product is good but this is the problem this place is always understaffed and you are always running out of your house brands so most of the time I miss out on the deals that you are running. I’m always waiting to get in no matter what time I come.

I used to go to jars & ponderosa but the flower was way too much ! Phoenix dispensary is killing it with the deals for half ounces & the price ! Number one spot

I was worried when I moved out to Tolleson, away from my favorite spot, but then I came across The Phoenix and I could breathe again. Quality, service, and atmosphere hit all the marks across the board and their "door guys" don't suck. :) I always get the candy bars so the kids that need it can get CBD. You should too! It's only a buck. You got this! ;)

I generally go with Story whenever I am in Tolleson. The service is great, the product is very good and the price is more than nice 👍🏾! Definitely a regular customer

This dispensary has good quality products and a terpene bar which makes it very unique! I really do enjoy this place and going here, but to be honest I have had a few issues. For a long time I was going to the dispensary and never got the local discount because I didnt know about it and none of the budtenders told me. After hearing someone else get it I had to ask and then was told they offered it. I asked if you had to specifically bring it up at checkout to receive it and was told no, employeees are supposed to look at your zip code and automatically apply it for you. So realizing there were countless times I could have and should have saved money but didnt just because everyone kept forgetting or simply chose not to was a little frustrating. Most of the time I receive it now but there are still times they mention it at checkout but never enter it into the system so i dont receive it. On 4/20 I had some issues as well. I made an online order since I was working all day and couldn't get to a dispensary till night time. I did this so I wouldnt miss out on all the good deals and products being offered since I knew theyd be gone if I waited till i got there. Once I got to the dispensary they said they didnt have my order and due to being late, none of the stuff I wanted was there and almost everything was gone. They apologized about the mix up but it wouldve been nice if they couldve done a little something more for me and my troubles. Im not sure what but I think throwing in a discount, prerolls, etc would have been nice and doable for the mix up and missing out on all the good deals and products I was supposed to receive but didnt for no explainable reason. I still enjoy this dispensary - I simply think some service aspects could be enhanced. And if youre a patient just make sure to double check your receipts and discounts to make sure youre definitely receiving them. Also call and double check to make sure theyve gotten your leafly orders if you choose to make one just to be safe!
