I'm not a usual five star kind of gal, but this spot hit them ALL! I can never go wrong with #wheresjeff 's recommendations and I am so happy I listened to this one. Excellent gps directions brought me to a very clean and groovy spot in Tolleson. I walked into a casual dispensary with two ladies who were not only helpful, they were also happy to be there on a Sunday morning. Spliffany was my budtender. Aside from being very knowledgable about products, we had a conversation about trimmers and she ensured I received NO obvious stems due to movement in the jar. (I detest spots who acknowledge shake happens, but don't trim their popcorn buds. As if I wanted to buy stems - mmmmm no). She was hilarious and set me in an excellent mood for the remainder of my day. The product was BOMBDIGGITY! I took advantage of my first time deal and Kong and Super Lemon Haze made me very happy. The bud was fresh, didn't dry out sitting on a rolling try after five minutes. I will be back there today and quite possibly tomorrow. I highly recommend this spot and encourage all fellow card holders to make the drive to this awesome spot!

I stopped by today for some Green Poison and not only is it spot on awesome, but Destiny was really friendly and helpful (as was the front desk gal). The Phoenix is kinda out of my way, but I'll be back more often for sure! Great prices with friendly and knowledgeable folks...you can't go wrong!

love this place, usually have no problems with the budtenders.. all but one, she makes me super anxious whenever I get her because I feel like im being rushed on my decision & doesn't take the time to explain certain flower strains to me. This time because of the lack of help, I got some disappointing flower..

I have called this place 4different times. Every time I call I can't get one cents in before putting me on hold at least 3 different times this is very unprofessional I can't even get a question in before putting me on hold 3 different times every time I call ridiculous

First time at this location the vibe was just not there the flower is awesome I’d order again online but as a walk in nahh I’m ok the atmosphere doesn’t feel welcoming if that makes sense but the flowers was on point

This dispensary has good quality products and a terpene bar which makes it very unique! I really do enjoy this place and going here, but to be honest I have had a few issues. For a long time I was going to the dispensary and never got the local discount because I didnt know about it and none of the budtenders told me. After hearing someone else get it I had to ask and then was told they offered it. I asked if you had to specifically bring it up at checkout to receive it and was told no, employeees are supposed to look at your zip code and automatically apply it for you. So realizing there were countless times I could have and should have saved money but didnt just because everyone kept forgetting or simply chose not to was a little frustrating. Most of the time I receive it now but there are still times they mention it at checkout but never enter it into the system so i dont receive it. On 4/20 I had some issues as well. I made an online order since I was working all day and couldn't get to a dispensary till night time. I did this so I wouldnt miss out on all the good deals and products being offered since I knew theyd be gone if I waited till i got there. Once I got to the dispensary they said they didnt have my order and due to being late, none of the stuff I wanted was there and almost everything was gone. They apologized about the mix up but it wouldve been nice if they couldve done a little something more for me and my troubles. Im not sure what but I think throwing in a discount, prerolls, etc would have been nice and doable for the mix up and missing out on all the good deals and products I was supposed to receive but didnt for no explainable reason. I still enjoy this dispensary - I simply think some service aspects could be enhanced. And if youre a patient just make sure to double check your receipts and discounts to make sure youre definitely receiving them. Also call and double check to make sure theyve gotten your leafly orders if you choose to make one just to be safe!

1st time I went there I got some good shit.. 2nd time was HORRIBLE.. was red eye fest and I had a bud tender who whispered under her breathe "Geezez", because I was looking and had a low budget and didnt know what I wanted.. Having the anger problems that I have made me say not anymore and walk the fuck out. 3rd time I went there was today and I was happy got an ounce for 107 with the 99 an ounce deal only to come home and weigh my shit out and it be off.. Called, got put on hold for 3 minutes and hung up on.. Im very disappointed in this dispensaries bud tender and hosts' attitudes.. I wont be going back there ever again. Nor would I recommend letting my friends get treated like shit and jiffed.

I loved the Phoenix deli style flower. That shit was fire. Ever since Nature took over, the quality seems to be lacking a bit but will give it another try. I appreciate the veteran discount so will come back for the concentrates.
