Decent place to get products. Everything can be better anywhere you go but this place really tries to be the place to be. I just moved back to Phoenix from Oregon. Nothing compares to Oregon but this place comes close.
Whoever was working the online order line 6:45PM-7PM was quick and efficient. Great attitude and welcoming! Displayed of how you run an online order line friendly but onto the next. Probably the best online order line I’ve been a part of thank you!
I placed an order online,they did have half of my items and once they did they initially charged me over the price. I had placed my order with certain deals in place and they didn’t have my correct amount they were charging me. Once we resolved that issue and I was able to get my items they charged me and I noticed after leaving they had discounted one of the items that should have instead been a bogo. After spotting their mistake I was already out the door and wanted to leave the hassle just didn’t seem worth the time. A shame because they have good variety and deals but this experience has made me very hesitant to go back anytime soon.

First off want to start off that this location is perfect. Located at the intersection of two major highways makes it SUPER CONVENIENT. More so my budtender today, Donny I believe. Not only was he super friendly and professional but also informed me about a deal/sale I was unaware of on the product I was purchasing (online order). Let’s just say Donny made my day ALOT better. Not only the deal but the good vibes and customer service. Thanks Donny!
I have not been here since the change over from the Phoenix to Story- I used to come to the Phoenix but it seemed like there were better Deals at Nirvana and the Mint both locations further away from this location to my home. I guess I frequented the other dispensary because of the atmosphere (definitely lacking it from the Phoenix)
I came back bc it was near where I was Andi needed some bud- came in to the story on 99th and was happy to see good deals! That visit was bomb too! Second visit same but this time one of the items I bought was faulty I came back the next day and Sal the manager helped me out!! Great customer service!!! He took care of me 120% how it should be done! Thanks Sal and team Story!! I will be back in 4 days to come get that Gas you be selling!
Mannn they got some FASLE ADVERTISEMENT ALL THROUGH OUT THERE ONLINE MENU , I suggest you go in and see naw forget that go to a different dispo, they tax here your better off literally anywhere else.

I am older, and hold a medical marijuana card. My recommendation would be for older patients to not be intimidated by dispensaries and have an open mind to what you might find inside. It may be the solution to your pain relief.
Put an online order for ONE jeeter at 7:30pm, waited for 30minutes and got no alert so I decided to give them a call.
They did not answer any of my many calls.
Fast forward to 9pm they finally confirm my order is ready for pick-up.
What a joke!
Well, the only thing that I didn’t like about my visit today was the fact that I made a pre-order of some concentrate, and when I was getting ready to leave the house, my wife told me she needs some flower. So I drive down to the Phoenix tell him I have a pre-order I go up to the counter, and I kindly asked gentleman there if I can add on to my order explain to me no I have to get back in line and after I purchase my pre-order, get back in line and wait, maybe 30 minutes cause it was a long line I didn’t tip him. Usually I tip really well but I thought that was really inappropriate of him to do when he could’ve just easily added it on it’s not like he was busy pre-order lines were dead anyways, I just have to vent because it really frustrated me that he wanted me to stand that long ass line when he could’ve easily added an eighth and charged me nobody would’ve known I’m sure you guys got your rules. If you do your rules suck
I don’t been to a bunch of dispensaries and Arizona and I have to say story is by far. The only one that I like to go to the people are great. The atmosphere is always comfortable and the product is always good.
