I love how TEENA G. Is always so energetic and helpful! Every time she bud tends me she gives me info on what I ask. She also gives me her input on if she’s tried it or not which is helpful! As for the atmosphere I feel like the people in the front could be friendlier..

Prices are the best in town. Weed is just so so but I’m a weed snob. Totally great weed just have to smoke more, and kinda chemically. But I didn’t get the higher tier because of a fabulous sale on lower tier. I recently stepped out of the industry and it’s annoying when the music is blaring and you have to repeat yourself 20 times. Turn it down.

So, first of all, that review from a rec patient complaining about long lines and thinking they should prioritize rec over medical if the line is long is completely out of touch. You're complaining about standing in line for a long time when we literally (as medical patients) have had to deal with specials going away, price increases, longer wait times because of REC PATIENTS-- not the other way around, and literal PRODUCTS going away so we have to find them somewhere else ever since they 'legalized it'?? Grow up or deadass buy a medical card. It used to be a much better situation for people who actually use products to medicate ailments versus to just get high and buy recreationally...just saying! Not even just at NM but everywhere there's been such a shift in medical patient treatment. Luckily, over the past few weeks, I have seen NM resume some specials and get a lot more inventory for flower but still hoping they come back with their house concentrates.

Their delivery sucks. Their Shatter melts and sticks to the paper, 3 Gs in a row like that that were replacing the original bad one! 4 of 5 deliveries were late, and I mean hours and next-shift late. Prices are good but the weed is mostly menial shit. I paid their primo price and got small buds in the small prepack jars. Complaining gets you nowhere. They simply do not respond and if you try to track a manager down the phone center cannot do it, not authorized, no matter how badly you are being treated. There have been no shining stars, no great experiences. They are too big and don't give a shit about you. Go back to Jars. 5 experiences, 4 negative, dozens of calls. Order the weed at 8am and get it at 7:21pm, not playing. Watching the delivery times change all day, keeping me close to the house and not giving me the opportunity to go elsewhere until the day has evaporated and I sit here empty-handed. And I spend 100 a week, every week. On hold 7 or more minutes trying to fix their screw-ups. And still, they don't care. Understand? They are a corporation. The supervisors do not care about anything but laying low. Sick of it, I'd rather pay more. I can get this service anywhere and everywhere... Daniel Columbus

They take forever to confirm your preorders. Over two hours then they call and say they're out of the strain. This has happened 3 times. Besides all that, this place has great prices.

I made a online order.I ordered a 22 % and a 20% thc flower.the website had been updated 10 minutes earlier and it was early in the day(9 30ish) so running out highly unlikely.I go to pick up my bud and the 22% was actually 16%and the 20%was a lowly 15%. Don't appreciate the switch and bait.I could've gotten mid level in my own neighborhood.Will not be going back.Too much selection around to go to a place that uses deceptive tactics.

I came to Nature's Medicine Phoenix today, and once with a budtender, I was greeted by a kind and patient man named Steven. He was more than helpful and made my experience quite pleasant. In the past I have dealt with know-it-all, bravado, nothing-masters. I knew what I was going to order ahead of time, I just wanted to ensure the brands and amounts were available. 1/2 oz of Shango's "Frosted Donuts", 1/4 oz of Shango's "Sour OG", and a 1/4 Grow Sciences "Apple Friiter". All (3) of these strains are strong, well grown, and perfect for the conisuierrs of cannabis. Steven went out of his way to find me the very best looking flower as I can be picky. Shout out to Steven, his patience and kindness, as well as Nature's Medicine Phoenix!✌

The budtenders here are awesome! Very friendly. On my visit today, they took everyone waiting outside inside so that we could stay cool (it was nasty outside) and they always give you freebies! Today I got a fan, lanyard, and a free lighter. Very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. Great prices and deals too!

I just went in there and personally I’m thinking about taking my business else where. I got there around 4:00 it took them two hours just to give me my pick up order that was already ready, not only that the employees love talking instead of working. I wouldn’t recommend this location maybe another one as they do not give great customer service

I just left from up there, waited in the hot as line, so I can do my review.. just for them to tell me I can't get it because I had to buy something... wtf since when? I've been going here for since they been open and I never had no one tell me I had to buy anything to get my review pre-roll.. so y'all need to update all y'all sites and let people know before y'all keep getting fucking cussed out because people like me don't know when y'all change the rules till we waste gas to get there

On the half-Oz and full-Oz are always short by 3-4,1/2 grams of buds. and always dry Old. package on October of last year

I really dont believe any of these people. when i went to this place the weed was trash the wait is always long and the budtenders(at least the one i got) had an attitude. i felt unwelcomed at this place

DO NOT GET DELIVERY IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO DO THE ENTIRE DAY. I was late for work today because I was dumb enough to think I'd have my medicine with the crazy 4 hour window they give. it's more like 5 every single time. I order at 7 am and get it around 2 pm. today my order was cancelled because I missed the call. I was told by the dispatcher 645 is latest of my window for delivery. He got here at 715 my shift was 730 in Chandler... I got there at 737 and was told to go home for passing the 5 minute window we get. Unless you have the day off to sit around and wait then do it, otherwise pass.
